"The Dirty Picture"

• The dirty picture is a movie about a girl who grows in a village. The girl is interested in becoming like "SILK", Silk is a famous character in a industry. This young from childhood tries her best to become Silk. When she grows and joins film industry, she become famous due to her character. She uses her sensual character and achieves the Silk title. Despite this she is having relation with the film shooting director, the superstar in the movie and with the writer of the story. She expresses herself as an Entertainment in the movie. Every scene of the movie is being made as an entertainment. The main focus is on Entertainment, Entertainment and Entertainment; means that it contained bold scenes, bold songs and bold talks. Later on, she decides to do things her own way but she fails and her fame starts to fall. She was used in a bad by the people whom she was having good relations; especially film industry.

Q: How does the word Entertainment has to carry value in your lifestyle?

• Entertainment is a good feeling but more entertainment as like the movie is not good because someone providing you this entertainment can destroys your life. The dirty picture movie proved the meaning of entertainment of the young girl who wanted to become famous but society recognized her as a characterless person in the end due to the film industry. Entertainment is good but should be limited and not always because there are things to do in life.

Q: Which things do you follow to overcome your stress?

• Stress is very disturbing feeling in life, your head is filled with internal pain. Your veins connected to the head are in a bad feeling, in that time you feel the bad things of life and you are angry towards everyone. The best of overcoming stress is avoiding overthinking; busy in something will help you to reduce it, doing exercise; a best way to fight stress and you will not involve in it because blood circulation is it's best and your muscles are relaxed, walking is a good medicine for stress releasing, watching comedy movies and having fun with kids which makes you happy.

These were my ways to avoid stress.

Do you believe besides performing responsibilities, we are required to Entertain ourselves to rejuvenate?

Absolutely Yes, we need entertainment with responsibilities. If you are responsible for many things and their is zero entertainment so will be running from your responsibilities which is bad choice. It is necessary for the body to be entertained because you will be involved into stress, it will give brain damage or mental illness. We should by our self take out time for our entertainment, if we cannot go out due to tiredness so we can watch a comedy video or a movie which will release dopamine in our brain and relax our muscle. Entertainment makes you happy and laugh which cures your body.

So make sure to take out time for yourself to entertain. As the movie refers to Entertainment.
