Goal setting is crucial to make because it will help you to work effectively on how to achieve them. Very easy to write down but hard to achieve, why? To achieve goals, it requires effort, determination, hard work, consistency, focus and patience.

My set out purpose for this year is to work for my personal growth and others which I know it will help me intellectually, financially and otherwise. I will

• Learn a new skill work

• Make a post at least four(4) every week in steemit

• Render a charity work mostly to widows

• Buy a good Android phone to make my work easy

Which things have you decided not to repeat this year?

As humans, we are meant to do mistakes and so, mistakes are essential to encourage self-improvement, resilience, knowledge to get to a new level.

Last year, have made some mistakes which is a great lessons to me and this year, have come to conclusion that I will not repeat those mistakes again.

• Procrastination: This has been my biggest mistake that I learnt so much. Procrastination has made me not to achieve some of my goal set down the previous year and in year 2025, have cancel it out from anything am about to do because have taken a decision to use my available time, chance, opportunity to improve myself without any postponement.

• Bad friend: Influences from bad friends that doesn't need my progress has taught me something and this year, I can't continue working with such friends, this year, have taken a step to unfriend them and have already started doing it.

In life, improvement cannot be achieve if mistakes, corrections is not considered, have learnt so much from my mistakes and have taken corrections to be a better person.

Do you believe mistakes are the best teacher to rectify ourselves? Justify.

Yes, mistakes are the best teacher. From the experience you have once you made a single mistake, you cannot repeat it again and so, it is a way of learning through opportunity. Making mistake help individual to do some realistic check about his/her life like priority, goals, expectations.

I see mistake also has a steeping stone because it will encourage you in going forward without looking back at the already made mistake with mindset to learn new knowledge, skill, start fresh and is a way of personal growth and improvement.
