Krishna Janmashtami -Radhe Radhe !!!

Happy Krishna Janmashtami !!!!!!!

Hope You all and your familes celebrate this day and take divine blessing from Lord Krishna. Since we all know he was born at midnight and many people across start celebrating prior a day. As such similarly happened in my office as well. I am very excited to this day because of not being devotee of lord Krishna but because of getting chance to see all my office college under one roof together and have good conversation and fun with each other.

To dig more into deeper to see many of my beautiful colleges wearing sarees and parikinis , that really mesmerize me and makes me feel awful even though all men in the office wore traditional outfit that didn't bothered me even though I am the only person the entire office wearing a causual dress..... As usually the celebration in my office started at the evening time around 6pm , where I find the fun committee members taking care of organizing and celebrating the festival in our office and make the day happy and fun for everyone.

It started with General Manager carrying the Lord Krishna idol from main office to back space Venue where all arrangements and decorations were made made, so my fellow friend were shouting with joy when GM walked into Venue and placed the Idol onto the decorated table.
Immediately placing the idol we started the a prerecorded krishna Mantras in the blueetooth speaker and offered flowers and prayers to god, first person to offer flowers and pray is by GM and HR and followed by beautiful girls and at last end we boys were given chance, I am last person to pray God and got chance to take the entire prasad ,since nobody else are in the line.

Once the Offerings are done ,organizers arranged an 3 pot breaking celebration which was divided among our colleges, First pot will be breaked by Head of the office and then followed by girls and boys, after breaking the pot I collected most of the chocolates from all the pots. Then came the time for speech after the fun part got over, mic was turned on speakers volumes are increased and listed that boring speech one after the other for around 15min.

One common thing I noticed from every speech is about the birth of Lord Krishna and where he was born and soon where he was taken and when he came back to his Biological parents apart from few people even mentioned about his achivements and shloakas tld by Lord Krishna in Both Mahabharata and Bhagavad Gita but no one addressed what all good thinks can we learn from his life and how to be and behave in the bad and good situation or how where to hold and use our strength and weekness and etc, I felt if such things are addresed then it would make the speech completeness.

But anyway once those speeches were finished all girls started doing the traditional "Gharba"dance by playing the local cultural song, slowly each girl started pulling other girls and at the end everyone are on the floor and just enjoying Gharba dance and looking at the girls enthusiasm boys also stated to join the floor and added the movement

Eventhough I dont know the Gharba dance I tried and I am the only person who is doing an odd dance, I tried for few minutes but I thought I should backoff. After Around 20n min my eyes are waiting to the food that is served as feast, I started with sweet and ended with buttermilk , the food was delicious many varities were server but I took only few and my stomach was fulled. The food was yummy.

Then we started taking photos with each other after Head of the office left with his men. It was a very fun day more than the celebration. So this is the way we celebrated the Janmashtami. Hope you all should enjoy and have fun in your celebration.
