The rate of pollution in the world is quite alarming, and as such it causes a lot of toxic to our health, but there are ways this can be remove or prevented if only humans wish to take precautions to stop polluting the environment. Let's see what we can do to prevent this things.
Plastic bottles; the environment is highly polluted by plastic bottles which have blocked pathways for rain water, causing flood in some areas when it rains heavily. Rivers are condemned due to plastic bottles, fishes in the water is struggling to survive because of plastic.
Plastic nylons; they do not decay and so while disposing them inappropriate way, it causes pollution to the environment we are living in.
Companies; before now companies were built faraway from residential area but now companies are built close to residential area and some carbon monoxide and chemical substances used which are not good to the health is being pump to the air we inhale. This has really affect our health.
How about the noise from their machines, it's not conducive for humans but then we are thriving to survive, the environment is highly polluted by humans.
Well, I will say we can prevent some of this pollution because we caused them let see how to prevent them.

Disposable of refuge should be done correctly, plactics should be recycled properly instead throwing them into the sea or gutters.
Nylon should be recycled properly or dispose properly too so as not to cause nuasance to the environment.
Gutters should be keep clean at all times, so there will be easy floor w of rain water to avoid flood.
Companies should know how to regulate their work environment not to pollute the environment, they should build companies away from where man lives, since it not healthy to be close to where we live.

Animals are exposed to some hazardous substances that causes illness in them, the fish in the water are affected too as the river is filled with plastic not allowing them to feed well. Humans are affected by the dirty plastics nylons that is every where on the planet earth.

Yes very well I keep my environment clean, I do not dispose refuge on gutters or along the road. I join every month end to clean my environment any day I will not be present, I support these who are doing the work with financial support.
Always keep in mind that Health is wealth and whatever we do with our hands affect our health, so keeping our environment clean save us a lot from so many dirty substances that could cause chronic illness.
Disposable of waste plastic should be done properly to avoid polluting our environment for our good.

As you said plastic and industrial waste is contributing in pollution development. Plastic wastages is the major problem because it cannot be decomposed easily, it takes over 100 years to decompose. These plastics need to be stopped from contaminating our society.
