Share some of the healthy routines that we must follow in our daily lives.
Carry out your work schedule with full energy and colours to bring you a healthy new day and try to wake up for a glass of water with a view to having your breakfast which can be oatmeal and fruits in the morning and also get mobile during the day, go for a power walk, stand or sit in yoga positions or dance to your favorite beats.
Then again take meditation or deep breathing exercise to avoid stress and give your body colorful and whole food meals to feed your face and don’t forget to power up on nuts or veggies and to me I think people should be getting between seven and eight hours of sleep every night. Last but not least, maintain relationship with your family and friends, joy and humor to the soul.
What things can we include in our routine to avoid a few medicine?
The following are useful healthy habits that have to be practiced to minimize the usage of medications; For good health the basic recommendation is to maintain a diet that includes plenty of our fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, also helps to have regular physical workout- be it walking, swimming or cycling, etc as it helps in balancing ones heart and immune system. Also limit your intake of high fatty food and ensure that you take enough water since it assists in digestion and keeps the skin healthy.
Take regular doses of relaxation techniques like Mindfulness etc., Controlled breathing exercises, Yoga sessions in order to control anxiety and treat your mind. Ensure that you get adequate rest, Recommended periods of sleep range between 7 and 9 hours allowing your body to rest. And this is because the addition of the probiotics from the fermented foods can improve the gut health while; reducing cases of the chronic diseases through healthy weights and make sure that you see your doctor often so that he or she can identify them in their early stages and do away with them.
Knowledge, wealth, and health are arranged sequentially as per your preference with some reasons.
It really is not a blessing to have health, it is the greatest blessing as without a healthy life one cannot properly enjoy any of the other aspects in life and knowledge and wealth are no exception it means having a strong and healthy life that allows one to fully enjoy and make the most of all that life has to offer.
