Introduction

As far as I know, pleasure is an enjoyable activity that brings joy. When one does anything for pleasure, he/she is usually happy, fulfilled and proud. Meanwhile, pressure is the opposite of pleasure. It has to do with working or doing something out of stress often leads to dissatisfaction and sadness.

Hi friends, I welcome you to my blog as we get reading.

In your opinion, should we prioritize pressure or pleasure when making selections? Please provide the rationale for your choice.

I don't think anyone should be under any form of pressure to do anything. Whatever anyone does out of pressure can't be perfect and is not usually done with joy because it's usually done haphazardly.

On the other hand, it is better we choose pleasure in everything we do or want to do. This is because everything that is done out of pleasure is usually fun, and it brings fulfilment.

To answer the question, pleasure in making selections or doing anything should always be prioritised. Don't forget, your happiness matters a lot.

Do you consider pressure to be a significant contributing factor to mental depression? Kindly justify your response.

Yes, pressure is one of the significant contributing factors to depression. For instance, people who are pressured often work or do things in anger or aggression. Anyone who is sad or aggressive is someone who is liable to be depressed because he/she is not happy with what he/she is doing and so, continuous pressure and sadness can affect mental health, thereby leading to slow depression to intense depression that keeps the person withdrawn from people, fun activities and places of interest.

I believe that applying pressure to do anything is not the best because it can lead to mental health issues due to stress, sadness and pain.

Engaging in activities that bring pleasure often results in satisfaction which can lead to success. What is your perspective on this matter?

Oh, yes! Doing anything for pleasure is the same as engaging in fun activities because such activities result in full satisfaction. This is because the individual who is working for pleasure will take careful time to work, not under duress or obligation to do anything. However, working or doing anything for pleasure is enjoyable and peaceful as it is devoid of stress, anger or sadness. It is not tasking or stressful.
The ultimate goal and aim of the person towards that activity would be achieved. That achievement brings fulfilment, satisfaction and it improves one's general wellbeing.

Working or doing anything for pleasure eases, it is enjoyable and peaceful, unlike being dragged or subjected to something you probably don't like or want.
Choose pleasure, choose life. Life's good, it should be pleasurable.
