Greetings to you from @jasminemary my dear Steemians. I am glad to have you here in this post, in which I have discussed how to stay balanced in times of stress. Everyone always prays for good health and a happy lifestyle that is free of stress.


What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

What I do to stay balanced in times of stress is very simple. Whenever I am out of balance and I want to stay balanced in times of stress, I do the following things:

  • I drink plenty of cold water or soft drinks.
  • I make sure that I eat healthy food.
  • I make sure I do some exercise that will make me fit.
  • I do have some sleep.
  • While resting, I do play songs that would fill me with energy (motivation).
  • I do stop doing anything that will cause me stress.
  • I do hang out with my friends.

Give three main reasons behind our stress.

The three main reasons for our stress are as follows:

  • Too much works
  • Idleness
  • Thinking about problems
  • Not doing exercises

Too much work

As human beings, if we engage ourselves in too many activities or works during the day, we will surely become stressed at the end of the day. It's always advisable for us to work and make time to rest. Working all night usually makes someone very tired and start feeling body pains, which is not good.

Idleness:

Staying idle in your room alone without associating with other people usually makes a person feel very tired and depressed. If you observed someone who is usually idle, get tired and feel unhappy.

Thinking about problems:

By the time you begin to think about problems, your heart will become restless. You will never be happy when thinking about worries because your heart will be filled with negative thoughts, which is also a reason behind stress.

Not doing exercises:

Exercise is very good for our health as it makes us fit and ready to work all the time. If you're not keeping physically fit, you will be very tired by the time you wish to increase your working hours or do something that you have not done before for the first time. Not doing exercises makes us look stressed.


Do you now think we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?

Yes, I think we should take this problem seriously to stay balanced in life. The reasons why we should take this problem seriously are as follows:

Knowing all the solutions to this problem can help us have a better life by letting us know when to work and when to have some rest. Working without rest is very dangerous to our health.

Secondly, we should always learn how to associate with people who can put a smile on our faces instead of staying indoors and dying in silence. And finally, instead of thinking about problems, we should always look for solutions.

Never take your problem too seriously or too personally, as you are not the only one on earth, and including ourselves, we should at least exercise ourselves once a week so we can stay fit and stay balanced. Taking all these things seriously can help us stay healthy.
