It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @sduttaskitchen which talks about Three things I like about the Steemit platform. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.

Which three things do you like about the Steemit platform? Share your justifications for those reasons.

There are many things I like about the Steemit platform but since the contest requested just 3, I will list and explain them below.

1. Learning center
2. Provides incentives
3. Meeting people and building relationships

Learning center: One of the most popular learning centers online where you learn for free is the Steemit platform. Since I grew up, the knowledge I have gotten from the Steemit platform, I haven't gotten it anywhere else.

It's a learning center that is free of charge. People write and post what they know and you get to read it for free. People from all works of life write and post here and you can learn about their profession for free without being in the schools they attended.

Provides incentives: Aside from the knowledge one gains from the platform, the platform also provides incentives for its users. Imagine learning and getting paid for learning. So when you post your article it is been voted and this vote can be converted to money which you can use.

With the help of the money gained here on this platform, many have established themselves. I'm a living example today as I don't ask my parents for any money instead I take care of my needs myself.

Meeting people and building relationships: The platform also helps us to meet new people and build a sound relationship with them. Today I have friends all over the country even places I haven't travelled to.

I also know people from other parts of the world today which is indeed a good one if you ask me. So as a person, the platform has been very generous in helping achieve the 3 things I have listed above.

Which challenges did you face after joining this platform? And did you overcome them?

Yes, there are challenges that I faced after joining the platform and one of the major challenges is the verification challenge. It took lots of time before my achievement 1 was verified. I did video calls and we also chatted with the greater before they finally verified it.

Another challenge I faced was a lack of support. At some points, I wanted to quit because I wasn't getting good support but my mentor always told me, you are not the only one on the platform hence I should be patient support would come.

That encouragement kept me going and I promised myself to always write one article daily whether there is support or not. So that is what made me still active today.

What is your perspective on the future of the Steemit platform? If you have any suggestion related to the same share it.

My perspective on the future of the Steemit platform is that I want to see Steemit at the top as the first in the ranking of decentralized social media platforms and that more people should invest in the platform and the Steem token.

I want the Steemit platform to also increase the incentives and they can also bring in more optional rewards as it was in the case of the TRX token. With more rewards to earn the Steemit platform will become more popular.
