SEC17/W5/Do you believe in reincarnation?

First, I will like to sincerely appreciate my friend @mandate for inviting me to participate in this contest.

Reincarnation in a simplest word means rebirth. When a person dies, his or her soul begins a new life in a new body. According to what I heard from people about reincarnation, they said a person can be reborn from one body to another as many times as possible until he or she achieves perfection.

No, I don't believe in reincarnation. It may be because I grew up in a strict Catholic family where my parents doesn't believe in reincarnation. That orientation started when I was a young child. I remembered the time my paternal grandmother died. She was a good woman and I loved her dearly. So when she died, I told my mother that I will be happy if my grandmother will reincarnate as one of my children. My mother shush me up and asked me to bind and cast, that the dead and the living has nothing in common. Until now that I am much older, I don't have any reason to believe in reincarnation. The Bible made us to understand that after death comes judgement. So how will the soul that has already been judged , come back again? As a Catholic, we are taught to believe that when one dies, their earthly lives are completed. You are not going to be reborn in another body. In Hebrew 9 vs 27 it says and I quote "Everyone must die once, and after that be judged by God". In summary, it means there is no reincarnation after death.

No, I don't believe one can get back their relationships through reincarnation. I remember a story in the bible where a woman married 7 husbands and all of them died without her begetting any child for any of them. So the Pharisees asked Jesus who will be the husband of the woman when all of them reincarnates back to life. And Jesus said, in heaven, there is nothing like marriage or any form of relationships like boyfriend and girlfriend. So I wonder how possible it is for someone already dead to come back after some years and still remember his or her previous relationship or spouse.

No, I will not like to be born just as I am in this life. Reasons because I want to have a taste of what it means to be born in a wealthy family. So many people are blessed so much that everything is at their beck and call. They don't have to suffer before they have food on their table. After school, good jobs are there waiting for them on a platter of gold. Even if they wish to start a business of their own, enough capital is raised for me without them asking twice. They travelled to any countries of their choice without having a second thought on how to finance the trip(s) because the money is there for them to spend as they like. They live their best lives without thinking about life challenges which money and connections can solve. Some people are physically endowed that eyes roll wherever they go. Some are so favored that they don't lack anything in this life because nature and life smiled at them. I will wish to adopt the above type of life in my "next life" if there is anything like reincarnation .
