Hello Steemians,
How are you all? Hope all are well by God's grace. I am very well with your prayers and God's grace. Today I came to you with the announcement of a new initiative. Hope everyone will benefit from this initiative.
When we work on any platform or organization, we need to know everything about that platform or organization. If we are not experienced about our work place then we will never be able to complete any work well.
First of all no one is experienced in any work, work experience has to be acquired through work or guidelines. Guidelines are very important thing to gain experience in any work.
When I started working on steemit I had no idea about steemit. Then I gain experience about this platform by working. I didn't get any guidelines at that time so it took me a long time to learn my work on steemit.
Times have changed, there is competition everywhere now so the sooner we learn the job the sooner we can move forward. Many new members are constantly joining STEEMIT but they don't know anything about this platform.
I have taken this initiative so that newbies can get proper knowledge about this platform and move forward. We will organize classes for newbies in our community discord server, we will try to give all kinds of guidelines about Steemit in that class. Many thanks to our admin ma'am for approving this initiative.
Many old users also have many doubts about this platform, you can clear your doubts by joining our class. We will try our best to clear everyone's doubts.
Our first class will be organized next Wednesday at 08:30 pm Indian time and 09:00 pm Bangladesh time. What we will discuss in the first class will be communicated to everyone in the class. Hope everyone will attend.
@mahir4221 , @sampabiswas , @mayedul , and @piya3 will be present as professors for each class. Feel free to knock us if you face any problem after the class, we will try our best to solve your problem.
At the end of the class, a post will be published in the community about the topics discussed in the class. If you face any problem, I hope you can solve your problem by looking at that post.

A good one, I am sure this is going to be very helpful for the new comers. At the same time, you must also ensure that they are not spoon fed and that they do some homework from their end also before putting up questions and queries. New comers do need a handholding and there is lot of confusion at the start, this will surely help big time. I will assist on the English queries from my side.
