Affirmation To Attract What You Desire

Hello Everyone!

Today, I was listening to one of the videos by BK Shivani on YouTube. I have been following her since 2017. She has been my inspiration, since starting, and I love listening to her YouTube channel. Especially, before sleeping, I generally watch her videos. I have learned a lot from her. Today, I am sharing what I learned from her that changed me.

The first and foremost thing I learned was about affirmation and how to do affirmations that can bring changes in you and around you. Affirmation will not work only by repeatedly affirming a sentence… you also need to be careful of your thoughts while affirming. You need to be conscious about your words, energy, and the vibration of your thoughts while affirming.

For example: Someone who wants acne-free skin, and they keep affirming, “I don’t want acne”. It is not the right sentence while doing affirmation, because you are affirming the word acne, which means more acne. So, be very particular about what you want, don’t think of what you don’t want. If you think of what you don’t want, that will happen to you more because you are affirming it. In this case, you can affirm that I have clear and glowing skin, I am getting compliments from people for my skin, and I love myself. And, with this thought, you have to feel and love your skin. Mindlessly affirming won’t work. Like, if you are affirming these daily, but while looking in the mirror, you always think that I have so much acne, I am not happy with myself, then, affirmation is not going to work, as you are contradicting your thoughts.

First, before sleeping. Because the last thought while sleeping will be processed in our mind for around 7-8 hours while we are sleeping. This is the main reason people say that, before sleeping, sort out the things in your mind or solve the fights in any relationship. Don’t wait for the next morning, because if you carry that anger or negative thought with you while sleeping, it will increase and things will get more complicated in the long run. So, always sleep with good thoughts.

Second, In the morning after you wake up. Because morning thoughts always decide how your day will be. If you start your day with good and positive thoughts, your day is going to be great.

Always remember not to sleep with negative or bad thoughts and, don’t start your day with negative thoughts or in a rush. If you start your day in a rush, you will be rushing throughout the day. Be mindful, be positive, and enjoy every bit of life.
