Life is a rollercoaster ride, and it depends on how you take it. Either you enjoy the ride, or be scared and shout out of fear. If you choose to enjoy every phase of life as it comes, you will have a great life. And, if you choose to compare and complain about things in your life, you will never be happy.

I agree that there are many ups and downs in life, and both are needed to grow in life. If there is no downfall in life, we won't be able to learn life lessons and we won’t try to work hard to reach the peak. And, if there is no peak or good phase in life, we won't understand how it feels to reach the peak phase in life. During both phases, we learn a lot about life. During hard times, we realize the importance of family and friends and we come to know who is true to us and who is not. People who stick around with us, during our worst phase, are our real people. And, we can rely on them whenever we need any help.

The best thing I have learned in my life is that be grateful, no matter how your day is. Even on your bad days, you will surely have some things to be grateful for. If you can’t see anything to be grateful for, then remember the greatest things to be grateful for is your “Breath”. We humans have a habit of taking everything for granted, we even take our breath for granted, as if we going to live forever. Every breath is precious, if we miss it once, everything is gone. So, please be grateful for your existence, your breath, your hands, legs, eyes, ears, the oxygen we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, and every little thing, that is keeping us alive inside out.

Once you start counting your blessings and are grateful for what you have, your life will turn around. We will start seeing more and more good things in your life. As they say, like attracts like. The more you are grateful in your life, the life will provide you with more such things to be grateful for.
