Greetings, "Can we be a family?"

Hello dear steemian friends, in this post I would like to greet friends who are in the Incredible India community. Introducing me @miftahulrizky from Indonesia 🇮🇩 as a new moderator in the Incredible India community. I am a writer who is consistent with the theme of diaries, education and religious studies. 🙇‍♂️ I hope to make many new friends and become a good family member in this community.

Steemit for me is a social media platform where we all come to have fun and seek entertainment. So, entertain your readers with great insights and knowledge. Make sure everyone who reads your posts feels at home and wants to linger to enjoy all the great content you present. So, keep creating, learning, and having fun!

In a conversation where I mentioned the Admin of this community @sduttaskitchen, then later he invited me to join his community, besides that he also said that he was looking for moderators.

I of course welcome this opportunity, why? Through this opportunity I want to continue to explore more knowledge and experience possessed by the Admin and moderator friends in this community, besides that joining as a moderator in a community makes me like having a new family that helps and supports each other.

At first I thought that after I received the invitation I was immediately appointed as a moderator in this community, but in fact it was not. I had to go through several stages of the interview process with the Admin of this community. Wow, it's like taking a job interview selection.

No, that's not the purpose, I can understand well the intent and purpose of this interview activity is to ensure that I as a new moderator am ready to follow the rules and guidelines that have been applied in the community, the point is that we are mutually committed to working in a disciplined, professional, and long-term manner.

Before starting work as a moderator in the community, I was well guided on how to do verification work on other people's posts, Mrs. @sampabiswas as the Co-Admin of the community has explained the various tools they usually use to carry out the verification properly and correctly. Luckily, all of these tools are familiar to me because I often use them in my daily activities, so I also don't need to learn too much about how to use them.

The most important thing to note in carrying out this verification task is to check and ensure that a post is not indicated as plagiarism, does not use AI artificial intelligence or other fraudulent tools, does not use bot voice services, and follows other steemit team rules, one of which must be in club5050, 75 and 100 status.

Please note that moderators in carrying out verification tasks on a post require a process that is not instantaneous, besides that we have to read and rate other people's posts. Working as a community moderator also does not guarantee any votes from the Steemit Team, this is a shared commitment in building and advancing a community.

Posts that have gone through the verification process from moderators can certainly have the opportunity to get support from the Steemit Team and votes from the community curator team, but with a note if their posts are considered quality. The community curator team certainly does not need to be too difficult in checking a post because it has been helped by verification carried out by community moderators.

Therefore, our team has currently shared a schedule of working hours for each moderator, the division of working hours aims to be able to carry out the verification process more quickly on every member post that has shared its posts in our community. Hopefully all friends who are in our community get support from the Steemit Team and the community curator team.
