Hello steemians. @sduttaskitchen organized this beautiful contest to begin this month and I'm participating in it because it's sounds really exciting and i'm a fan of constant entertainment as it is a way of taking a break from the stress of Life;Entertainment refers to activities ,performances that are designed to amuse,engage or provide enjoyment to people for example like performing art,sports and games like video games and board games,literature like reading books,visual media like watching tv shows etc ;therefore the purpose of entertainment is to provide relaxation,emotional connection or escape from daily routines and it’s away for individual to unwind and share experiences •
|HOW DOES THE WORD ENTERTAINMENT HAS TO CARRY VALUE IN YOUR LIFESTYLE |
By serving as a source of balance,inspiration and personal growth.Firstly being joyful and fulfillment;it adds excitement,fun and moments of happiness to your routine,creating memories that often last a lifetime ,stess relief offers an escape from daily pressure allowing you to relax and recharge whether through movies ,music,laughter,it helps to create a mental break through for example I had my friends Maria who had HIV/AIDS but she was always in thoughtful mindset and she couldn’t eat but entertaining with her helped herself and she is living a peaceful life.
Secondly;there is personal enrichment like literature,art and provoking films are forms of entertainment that can expand your perspective,inspire creativity and encourage self reflection for example reading books like women influence,success and failure for napoleon hill
Thirdly ;there is cultural understanding which reflects different cultures,like the imbalu dance communion ceremony,histories helping you to learn and appreciate diversity hence entertainment has carry to value our lifestyle and the values depends on how intentionally you integrate it into your life choosing activities that resonate with your values and interests
|WHICH THINGS DO YOU FOLLOW YO OVERCOME YOUR STRESS|
Overcoming stress involves a combination of mental and physical, strategies like;physical activities like yoga ,exercises and walking in nature can help reduce and release endorphins and lower stress levels hence it’s good for one to do exercises like playing football.
Secondly;there hobbies or personal hobbies like painting,dancing,gardening,cooking,swimming and listening to music help to reduce stress for example @montex000 hobby is swimming which helps him to reduce stress
Thirdly ;there is professional support like if stress is overwhelming,talking to a therapist can provide a valuable guidance like my friend Maria who hadHIV/AIDS visit the counselor for guidance and how to over come stress
There is socializing and entertainment;spending time with friends,loved ones and families can offer someone comfort and pleasure to overcome stress,through entertainment like watching movies ,playing games like board games and music provide a distraction and boost someone’s moods to overcome stress.
|DO YOU BELIEVE BESIDES PERFORMING RESPONSIBILITIES,WE ARE REQUIRED TO ENTERTAIN OURSELVES TO REJUVENATE?| Absolutely, I believe that entertainment is essential for rejuvenation. While fulfilling responsibilities is important, constantly focusing on tasks without taking time for enjoyment can lead to burnout.
Entertainment offers a chance to recharge mentally and emotionally, enabling you to approach your duties with more energy, creativity, and focus.
It's like recharging a battery-without downtime or moments of joy, it becomes harder to stay productive and maintain a positive outlook.
Engaging in activities you love, whether it's watching a show, spending time with loved ones, or exploring a hobby, helps maintain balance and fosters a sense of fulfillment.
