Indeed, nobody has ever stayed in a place for long without a full acquaintance of the standards of that place. For the platform Steemit I have clearly understood many things about this place which I would like to share more concisely.

TRANSPARENCY; An enterprise without transparency can never produce workers of lack of self-interest. The Steemit platform is very transparent every user on the platform has come to partner and become a holder of the Steemit currency, and every activity on Steemit is open for every user to access. Every people can see each user's account value and that may serve as a motivation to newcomers. Updates on new activities on the Steemit platform are related to users to carry them along.

PHILANTHROPY; During our end-of-the-year hangout, I saw an inscription on the polo of one of our steemians which said STEEMIT; ELIMINATING HUNGER I ponder on these words and truly speaking steemit has eradicated hunger in life of many. What do we have to offer? Just write up with a picture and we are awarded big. If other platforms were like Steemit the world would be a better place.

I have heard and seen the goodness of the Steemit platform in many people's lives and I would love to share something confidential on how this blockchain-based platform has transformed my life but that would be a story for another day.

_ It may sound strange but this word that kept repeating in the mouth of my organic chemistry tutor made me understand how vital orderliness is. A place without order is a place of disorder that will in the long run lead to deformity. Steemit platform has witnesses, communities, admin, moderators, curators and users all of whom are Steemian working to make sure each process is not unseemly.

CHALLENGE FACE WHEN I JOINED STEEMIT

Web 3 modelling is very complicated, I was a little bit confused when I signed up on Steemit, and I was ordered on the button to press, I was so scared of mistakenly posting something unrelated, fear of not being curated was another thing I feared most. In the aspect of posting, I was given serious mentorship by my friend @bossj23, who showed me communities to explore, for the curstion aspect my consistency paid off quite well.

MY PERSPECTIVE ON THE FUTURE OF STEEMIT

Philanthropism mixed with transparency and orderliness leads to the success of every enterprise whose aim is to raise people who will be financially free. In the near future, the Steemit platform processes will be very soft, curation will be easy because a lot of people will build their Steemit power to the highest level. Steemit will be the best platform with the proper circulation of the currencies through voting and booming support. Steemit currency will be higher than the USD, it is certain that when more people become holders of a currency its value tends to rise.
