I can't really tell how powerful yoga is but I will say that as a form of exercise, it helps maintain stability in mental health issues, yoga helps reduce stress, boost energy, control weight, free the body from certain illnesses and maintain skin health because by balance and maintaining stability, all this is achieved. Yoga requires consistency, and only these people can achieve its great benefits.
