My dear friends, I hope you all are doing well. Can we do without Advanced technology? Let's find out what the meaning is first, To my own understanding the use of modern electronic gadgets to ensure efficiency and proficiency in our daily tasks and activities is what we know as advanced technology. To that effect I will answer the following questions.

Do you think advanced technology somehow hampers our natural thought process? Share your opinion.

Advanced technology makes work easier, faster and provides accurate and reliable results or solutions to man's problems. It has been of great usefulness across all fields of life and professions. It is so beneficial to both great and small, young and old, rich and poor, etc. The world is rapidly increasing in technology advancement and as such, there is a great need to efficiently utilize it for the betterment of life and society at large.

On the other hand, advanced technology has aided human in brainstorming process in view to produce more sophisticated technologies which will in turn solve human problems. Due to increase in human needs there are also increasing researches to offer solutions to such problems. It is also worthy of note, that these machines were produced by man, operated and serviced by man, therefore man is still superior in thought and intellectual capabilities because they bring the technologies into existence.

Should we depend entirely on these advanced technologies, or should we also use our intellect? Explain the reasons behind your answer.

As humans we shouldn't totally depend on these technologies with the reasons below

• It is man made and most times full of errors and mistakes.
• It is not so reliable since it can break down anytime.
• It can render one stranded especially when it's out of service

Therefore, one shouldn't totally depend depend on it rather combine both intellectual abilities with that of advanced technologies and it'll yield a more positive and great results.

I'm in support of the use of advanced technologies because it has tremendously contributed to local, national and international growth. It is immensely useful across all spheres of life; in organisations, government, schools, hospitals, e-commrrce, banks, churches, homes, etc.
Advanced technologies has made life more easier and enjoyable. Banks can easily save thousands of their customers details online and perform other activities through the use of computer and other electronic devices. Customers on the other can stay in the comfort of their home or anywhere across the globe to perform transactions. It has also lessened the burdens of students and teachers in the sense that with the devces you don't need a classroom to learn rather you learn virtually without any stress. Advanced technologies has been of greatly been useful in saving lives. It has also helped to increase life expectancy ratios of the populace and more.

Advanced technologies have so many advantages (positive effects) and disadvantages (negative effects)

The advantages are:

• Eases learning process.
• Reduces workload in businesses eg in banks, supermarkets, homes, hotels, government, offices, schools,etc.
• Increases sales through online marketing
  Provides a block chain of customers across the globe to businesses
• Useful in saving lives in hospitals and increases life expectancy ratios.

However, advanced technologies has caused more harm than good. The disadvantages are:

• Increased crime and fraudulent activities.
• Centre of distraction especially among youths
• Increased death rate through the use of these technologies in advancement of life and body structure.
• It's a tool for blackmailing and fabrication of false things to deceive people.
• It reinforce prejudices and sow discord, by giving hate speech and misinformation a platform, or by amplifying echo chambers
• It fuels the fragmentation of societies around the world.

Conclusion

Advanced technologies have great influence on human life and as such humans shouldn't totally depend on it as it can be misleading sometimes.
