Or at all, advance technology is good in today's era and it is human's invention but the use of this technology at the right time has proved to be better. If we want to live life in this world and want to last our life and at the same time want to keep our body strong then we have to give work to this body also. Today's fast technology is taking away the work from our body like if we should use smart calculator at right time. Today we have supercomputers, web 3.0 as well as modern internet service takes away from us the process of thinking that we should be doing. Today, if we have to write any article, give a speech or give effective training, then first of all we use the internet and ask about how to speak or write while we should think for ourselves. Our words should match our thoughts, but the use of internet or advanced technology in the form of internet not only snatches our thinking process, but at the same time it is making us hostage mentally and reducing the life of brain.

Not at all, technology should be used only as much as you need. The convenience of technology more than necessary makes a person addicted. If we keep our house closed for a month, then it gets dusty.
