Hello Steemians,

Today I am here to share some updates on our community Incredible India.

Every day we are trying painstakingly to give our best efforts so that some people can sustain themselves for a prolonged time and get support from curators regularly.

Now I am going to update what we executed for the last few months.I will

Updates that we perpetrated

Community Description:-

Incredible India community was founded by Indians;
So we named the community after our country India.

But this is a general community, and we clarified the subjects in our previous post that we work with those posts related to Art and Culture.

Anyone from any country could join and share these subjects inside the community by following some rules.

Transformations of the community

Any country with vernacular language is welcome here, but the post must be related to the mentioned subjects. Please go through the link to understand the thing in a more satisfactory way.

Our main focus is on plagiarism, power down, club status, CSI, and word count(300plus), and the account should be verified. I would like to pay attention to the verification process of our community.

More moderators recruitment

We now have two admins @rme(chief admin), @sduttaskitchen(admin), @sampabiswas(moderator) and @nainaztengra(newly appointed moderator).

We have a WhatsApp group where I and @sampabiswas guided those newbies we bring here. Every week we do group discussions for the further growth of the community.

Monthly at least two contest:-

We are the first community in the entire platform to arrange a unique contest:-

• Second contest link:- Folk Art Contest

This month we will again arrange some contests after the discussion with the team of admins and moderators. Apart from that, now we also have a fund problem in the community account.

So we need to discuss this topic, and equally, we will sponsor the contest by contributing from our individual accounts with the help of admins and moderators.

The curation report publish parodically

We started with very few active users, and now that it is gradually increasing and some users are pending, and not getting the achievement1 tag because of the new commerce community.

Besides that, once we get some curators' support continuously we will start publishing the curation report weekly basis.

We are trying to build a healthy and transparent community but need help from those sitting on the greetings team.

More active users needed

We are working on what I mentioned in the above points. We all are working on the same as a team including active users.

@swetab97 helped to join her mother recently. We also like to invite more people from several countries through this post as I mentioned it is a general community for all.

Engagement level

If any curator visits any post inside the community can surely find everyone visiting each post and sharing insightful comments.

Not only that, every post is verified by our moderators by mentioning some criteria.

We are now working on community growth and focusing on the platform's growth.

I believe now the updated working process of the Incredible India community is clear for everyone.

We need help from more curators so that we could bring some more talented people and several country people could show their interest to share their talents here.
