Incredible India Community updates for November

Dear friends,

Like the last month, this month I am also here to present the precise works of our community Incredible India community

This month I am not only here to give updates to the community;

but also would like to declare some modifications we considered implementing from the 1st of December.

Before discussing the changes, let me share that we completed two monthly contests successfully this month.

First contest

• We are looking for a moderator(with developing skills) and a detective(knowledge about spamming checking, reward farming, plagiarism checking, etc.) for the community;
  Soon we will share a post related to the same.

• We will publish weekly curation reports from December month.

• Apart from a contest, I would pass 5 steem(every first week of the month) to the top active user(in terms of regular quality posts and comments).

The entire month after observation I will decide the winner of #mimbauc(mera India monthly best active user challenge). There are no such end dates for this challenge.

According to @steemcurator01 sir/ma'am the word carries value, and it is better to use minimum proper words rather than to use unnecessary useless words.

We also acknowledge the same. Therefore we decided that from December, those who will share photography and poetry can use 100-150 words.

Conditions:-

The above-mentioned changes will apply to those who will share their self-captured pictures, not taken from any sites.

• The photographs' grades should be high.

• In poetry also people must use their self-captured pictures, not from any sites.

• Those who will share besides the above-mentioned subjects;
  For them, the rules will be the same as before.

I believe several country people would also like to share their posts inside our community because apart from contests;
We are giving you a chance to earn some more steem.

If I would see there is more than one who is working great;Then the winner decided according to their CSI and club status.
