I preferred the term "courageous" because providing honest responses regarding contentious issues necessitates a significant degree of courage. Many individuals may express opinions merely to appease others, particularly within the context of the Steemit team. However, if we aspire to engage in officially sanctioned discussions and possess innovative ideas,
we must react with transparency and integrity. Does this resonate with you?

Should I be proposed with the prospect of joining the team, I would take a moment to affirm;
whether this is a dream or a reality!

Becoming a full-time member of the Steem community would represent a significant achievement for me.

Upon commencing my role, I intend to prioritize observation. I firmly believe that the most effective way to acquire knowledge is through observing and learning from experienced colleagues.
This perspective I shared from my experiences in previous positions!
I will first seek to comprehend the established work methods before addressing any potential inefficiencies that may arise.

Earlier, I shared an example of that.
I would treasure it to revisit because it holds significant meaning.

While! For a brief moment, we can relish the snow or even hold onto it for a few hours;
The mountain carries that burden without complaint for years. It's effortless to judge, but stepping into someone else's shoes allows us to gain invaluable practical experience.

I am fully prepared to take on the marketing side of Steemit when the opportunity arises, and I have a distinctive approach that I look forward to unveiling in due time.

From a professional perspective, I consider myself a serious individual. I have consistently expressed that I regard Steemit as my family; therefore, regardless of whether I have a direct opportunity to collaborate with them, I still perceive myself as a member of the Steemit community.

Nonetheless, I inquire whether they value the inclusion of a person who possesses a direct communication style.
Frequently, individuals tend to shy away from those who are straightforward.

As such, individuals may not prioritize pleasing others with flattering language;
Rather, they emphasize the importance of focusing on actions over words.

I am currently satisfied with the opportunities I have been provided. However, I would appreciate a greater emphasis on creativity within this platform, as writing deserves equal recognition alongside photography and presentations.

Additionally, I would like to see the reinstitution of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. The variety of topics covered in this challenge significantly contributed to the enhancement of our writing skills,
which I believe is currently lacking.

I acknowledge that engaging in learning challenges is not the most effective way to acquire new skills. Instead, I find that.
These skills can be gained more efficiently through a variety of online resources.
This is the reason
Why I prefer to participate in the Steem Engagement Challenge (SEC) over traditional learning challenges.

Moreover, I would love to express my intention to withdraw from back-to-school initiatives.
As they do not align with my learning preferences. I already have so much other homework which I need to manage single-handedly!
