Though R3 has its significance across various sectors, today I want to focus on the R3 that we can incorporate into our lifestyle to enhance it.
Respect makes relationships reliable!=
What forms the foundation of any relationship? If asked, I would define it as I stated above.
Regardless of the nature of the relationship—personal or professional—R3 applies in every case!
- Respect: a single word that carries immense weight in our lives! If we cannot uphold this word, we risk losing the other two R's.
When we understand the essence of respect or instil it in our youth, we will avoid paths that compromise reliability in relationships.
Basic principles are essential. When we talk about respect, it's irrelevant whether someone belongs to a specific family or is simply a person on the street!
I’ll share a story that illustrates how walking the path of respect naturally fosters relationships built on reliability.

One day, my cousin's brother was travelling by metro, carrying around 10 lakh rupees (48,659.15 steem) to buy clothes for their shop. The cash was in a handbag filled with 2000 rupee notes! To his dismay, upon reaching his destination, he discovered that he had lost his bag!
He was shocked! After calling his older brother, he was advised to go to the nearby police station to file an FIR.
While he was explaining the situation to the officer in charge, a woman entered the station, claiming she had found a handbag with cash. In the chaos, she hadn’t been able to identify the owner, so she decided to return it to the police!
My brother recognized his bag, which contained documents proving his ownership. He took the woman’s phone number and invited her and her family into their lives.

Thus, she and her family became part of my cousin's brother’s family, even without a blood connection!
The lady practised Jainism and followed its principles.
If we look beyond the immediate darkness, we will never stray from the right path.
Some may consider the lady naïve, but she respected a higher calling and chose to see the truth behind her actions.
Wealth isn't solely what we earn through labour; sometimes, priceless riches come from walking the path of respect.
The supreme power often tests us with challenges to reveal how we respond to and manage adversity.
If we can reliably navigate these challenges, the divine presence will always be with us.
Earlier, I mentioned that in India (Mumbai), there are still village areas where homes lack doors and windows!
Visitors come to witness these unique homes, as the deity Shani Dev is believed to protect the villagers there.
It is respect that creates reliable relationships—R3, whether tangible or intangible, matters profoundly!

@samima1 জেনে ভালো লাগলো, তবে কি জানেন তো স্কুলের বইয়ের থেকেও অধিক শিক্ষা বিয়ে নিয়ে আসে বাস্তব জীবনের অভিজ্ঞতা।
যেমন আমি আমার মাসতুতো দাদার ঘটনাটি উল্লেখ করেছি, সেটাও একটা শিক্ষা।
অনেক খারাপের মাঝে আজও কিছু ভালো বেঁচে আছে বলে পৃথিবীর অস্তিত্ব অব্যাহত রয়েছে।
