Dear friends,
Though I do not have the mood to share anything today;
right now, I am consuming alcohol with sleeping pills, not because I love to accomplish this kind of unhealthy action but because sometimes we need to sleep and suppress our tears;
And fight all mental battles alone.
The importance of our relationships can only be comprehended by those who lost them before time. I am still fighting alone so that before my death;
I could illustrate that life is all about facing challenges and reaching the goal for those who vamoosed us before time.
There are several relationships we are attached to;
but some always remain special.
Today is the birthday of a person I lost before that time;
it was his twenty-fourth birthday.
So I presumed to dedicate a poem for him to understand how binding he was to me!
I am not a poet, but when I went through depression;
words automatically denounced into my sanity.
My intention is not to promote alcohol consumption or any destructive practices;
but I only shared that I want to live my life unattended.
So, here is a poem I tried to tribute to a person.

I am still walking alone without your presence;
I am physically alive
but dead from the heart as of your absence.
You came into my life twenty-four years back;
You left me so prematurely, and still,
I can't assemble your lack!
So much happiness I wanted you to give;
But before coming at the right time, you leave!
I am bleeding from the inside;
but still smiling from the outside.
There were so many memorable moments
we spent sixteen years together;
No one would understand our feelings without each other.
You punished me without any crime;
you leave me alone without giving me time.
So, I am still going through your given punishment!
Without complaining, ending myself every day;
without you, I do not have any existence.

I don't know how much you love my poem, but I tried to express my grief through this poem.
At last, I would say value your dearest relationships.
They often disappeared without intimation;
live each moment without planning only the future.
Stay blessed always;
and do not forget to share your comments and visit.
The pain you feel in your heart is beyond words my dear but have you ever thought that seeing you in this way how much pain you are bringing to his soul. You are not allowing his soul to RIP and progress in his world with this kind of grief. Our Ioved ones will be able to move ahead in their journey when they see us in good shape and when we remember them with happy memories and not in painful ways.
The other thing is that by inflicting pain on yourself and by consuming toxic things you are not only harming your body but your karma also my dear. When we talk about Love; then, self-love ranks highest and when we abuse our body in this manner we create a lot of negative karma for ourself.
If today is his birthday you should have spent it by spreading out Love and happiness, thinking of good times spent. Celebrated it in a happy way and not in this manner. Today you bring too much pain to him with this action.
Release him with Love and you will be able to connect with him, you will feel him around you and that will bring you and him both peace. Pain and grief never allows any soul to rest in peace whether living or not living. We all have to go at some time, some will leave early and some later but the ultimate truth of life is this and we have to accept it and for the gone ones try and spread as much peace as possible for them to progress and not be stuck up between the two worlds caught up in our own grief.
I send you lots of healing energy and the light of love filling up your space and taking away all your grief.

I am so thankful my dear, for sending me your positive energy, remember once I wanted to contact you to share something, because I have seen that besides yoga you have some knowledge of tarot card reading.
After losing almost all nearest relationships often I feel low. So I want some healing process to improve myself mentally.

I can understand your pain and yes you are not promoting alcohol but maybe it gives your some healing in that time. There are many things we can't share with everyone and people tell it depression but we only know the reason behind it.
