Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.

This is my participation in a contest What is the definition of a happy family according to you? organized in Incredible India community by @meraindia.

For me the happiest family is that if people with in it are having mutual understanding. They respect each other positions, respect each other views, likes and dislikes. A happy family is the who doesn't have any querls and matter like that.

Economic conditions also matters alot. Economically stable families are more happen to be happy, because can manage things easily. If you can't efford family expenses, it put you in stress and depression and if effects the relations with in the family.

The first and far most thing is respect. If we want to keep peace and harmony in our family, we should teach our people to respect other. Even we should take care of self respect of people younger than us. If we disrespect them by punishing or other things, it will hurt their ego and they will become rebellious.

Mutual understanding within the family members is too much important too. We should know the mentality of other in a family and treat them accordingly. It will help us keep our bond strong with one another.

Last but not the least is compromise. I can think compromise can make our relations healthier within our family. We may see something which we don't like, but we should remain silent and digest it. Human is born to be mistaken so he/she can comment mistakes. We should ignore others small mistakes and should guide them or make them correct for major mistakes.

I believe if we follow these major things we can build a good a healthy family, where everyone will ba happy and satisfied.

Professional relationship play a vital role in our live. It has great impact on us. Though some professional relationship are very deep and pure, but still we can't mixed it with that of family. In family relationship we have a complete background, history and deep emotions with each other. A colleague of yours maybe as good as your brother, but he never and can't take the place of your actual brother.

So we use all these as a metaphors in our professional life, but it isn't most likely to happened in real. A feeling for your real family is too far than that of yours for your colleagues or boss or other working staff.

Count me in those who strongly disagree to this statement. I will never compare any outsider with my real family member.
