Maturity means Witt, experience, wisdom, cleverness, knowledge and things like that. It is all about understanding your own and other. You have the ability of making thoughtful decisions, and accepting accountability for things.

Actually maturity comes under the category of emotional intelligence, responsibility, and the ability to handle challenges with courage and grace. You show resilience to hardships and challenges.

I will say that experience comes with circumstances and circumstances come with age. Let me explain it. Their are two people, both have the same age. One have seen too many hardships and ups and downs in life and all his life is passed in struggling and he has seen many circumstances in life. The other person have a very smooth and easy life. I believe, if we compare these two people, the one who have seen too much miseries and hardships in life will have more experience of life. so it is proof that experience comes with circumstances.

Yes this is true to that circumstances come with age. In most cases a person having more age will have seen many ups and downs in his life. For example we compare a person of having 50 age and other is having 20 age. In most caseses, It is highly expected that the one having 50 age will have seen many circumstances in life than that having 20 age.

Or through another example we can understand it better. In a family, a grandfather will have more experience than father, father have more than son, and then son will have more than grandson. The reason is because age difference and with growing age we see more circumstances in life.

I believe everyone person has his own speciality in life. Yes, youth do know too many things which older people can learn from and use them for their benefits. If we talk about technology, or other modern gadgets older people are weak in learning them and using them. Even in my place those who are above 50, majority of them don't use touch mobile. The reason is either they don't know how to use it or they don't like it.

Older people are ofcourse more experience and have great wisdom in worldly affairs, but they aren't perfect. Their still have some limitations of them.

I don't consider it bad or embarrassing, if I am learning something from a person junior to me. If that thing help me in my life and facilitate I will even learn it from a person 10 years junior to me. Let me tell you guys that I have learned Steemit from a person who is about 7 to 8 years junior to me. Now Alhamdulillah I am too much happy with it.
