Steem engagement challenge-S12/W3|My first experience of receiving an ample vote on steemit.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to participate in the Steemit engagement challenge-S12/W3 organized by the Incredible India community. Where our challenge is said to share your first experience of receiving an ample vote on steemit. Actually I got a lot of votes on steemit platform but first vote experience is different. I am participating in the challenge by answering the questions of the competition.

Share your first experience of getting lots of votes on steemit

The experience of getting the first vote on Steemit was a very emotional one for me. At that time I was not very experienced with Steemit. I was just learning how to use post markdowns at the time. In the new state I only completed up to Achievement 3.

Then I was suggested by a user to give a diary game to the community of Steem for Bangladesh. I post a diary game then. 10 months ago I got a curator's vote for the first time after I gave a diary game.

I was very happy to receive the vote. Since then till date I have received many votes from respected curators.

How were your feelings after getting your first ample support?

The feeling of being voted for my first Curator 01 was so much more. I was first voted by Curator 01 in an engagement challenge. That was Season 6 and Week 3 of an engagement challenge organized by Steem for Bangladesh. I was told the challenge was to create a craft and where I participated. And as a result of my participation I was selected from the pod team. Then I get a vote from curator 01 for $16. That day I remembered and the date is 12.12.2022. Because I wanted to make this day a memorable one. In fact there is no way to express the feeling of that day in words. Because this was my first substantial support for the steemit platform.

Share your steemit travels and experiences; Along with the challenges you face being a Steemian.

My Steemit journey and experience has not been that smooth. Sometimes I got unexpected support and sometimes I got frustrated without getting support but never gave up because of my disappointment. In my first foray into Steemit I never even asked for help from other users. But as I am eager to learn, I try to know about everyone's post quality, content, markdown, power up, voting on steemit. My Steemian friend @mdkamran99 has helped me a lot in this Steemit journey. He taught me many things about Steemit. So I will be very grateful to him.

After spending 10 long months, my experience with Steemit has been very challenging. Because I had to work very hard in this challenging journey. As a result I have received countless support from Curator 01 and Curator 02. Therefore, I am currently serving as the moderator of Steem for Bangladesh and Steem for Ladies community on Steemit platform. I have confidence in myself that in the future I will try to take myself to a better level on the Steemit platform.

Share some essential tips to follow and some to avoid here.

I would like to share some important tips to follow. Especially those who are new steemit users. As a moderator of Steem for Bangladesh and Steem for Ladies community, I have seen many users doing some irregularities and here are the rules you need to follow to grow yourself on Steemit :

1. First of all if you want to work on the Steemit platform, you must know all the rules and regulations of the Steemit authority and work accordingly.

2. Your post must be Steamexclusive. And a quality post must be a minimum of 300 words. Make sure to use attractive Markdown in your posts.

3. Refrain from plagiarism or AI generated posts.

4. To keep yourself active on the platform, you must upvote and comment on other users' posts.

5. Power up should be done once every month. Power is at least as important to maintaining your club status and growing yourself.

6. Working on the platform requires patience. If you are ever disappointed, don't move on. You have to be confident by strengthening your own morale.
