Greetings to you all in this wonderful community and in the steemit platform at large. I salute you all good morning from my country Nigeria, also I say good day to you all and I hope you all had a peaceful night.

I welcome you all to yet another powerful week of the steemit engagement contest that has been brought forward by the steemit team in other to improve engagement among users in this platform. We are currently in week 6 of the season 7 engagement contest.

Today I will be participating in the engagement contest that this community has set before us all which has been titled share your best childhood memories with us. I urge us all to stay put as I drop my entry regarding this contest today.

Share the best moment of your childhood.

My best moment back then as a child is that moment when you see your mum coming back from work with clothes especially when we approach Christmas. The joy of having new clothes to celebrate Christmas is just epic and wonderful.

I used to be sad when I noticed that Christmas is just a week away and yet no signs of new clothes nor shoes and as such I always get moody and cry without a reason but immediately I noticed that my Christmas clothes and shoes are gotten already I will leap for joy and hence become more active in the house.

That is the moment when you can send me on an errand and I will quickly zoom off to get whatsoever I am being sent. That is always my best moments when I was a kid.

Did you have any crushes during your student life? You can share the story with us.

Yes I once had a crush back then during my student life. There is this young lady called Mary. Mary was my class mate and as such I developed feelings for her. While I wouldn't call that feelings because I was just a kid who didn't know what love is all about.😆

But I know I felt something for her back then in school. She was so beautiful back then and she is a smart and intelligent lady who always answers most questions that were thrown at her, then I concluded that this is the kind of lady I need in my life.

Her street was not quite far from mine and as such I do pay her a visit on the basis of school activities. I often go to her house based on the context of reading with her and learning from her.

That was a fat lie. I only go there to see her and pour out my feelings but countless times I tried to tell her but it was all a dead-end and that was how I let go of the whole scenario.

Did you a scholarly student or only loved to play during childhood

Truth be told, back then I was a good student who always stay between the range of the first position and the fifth position in class but man, I loved to play so well during childhood.

Whenever I returned back from school, I will only have my lunch and the next thing was to zoom off to the playground where I get to play with my friends all day until the evening time when I would retire back home. I was nor scholarly student, I loved my playing hours.

Share your best childhood achievement moment

My best achievement when I was a kid was when I made my family myself proud in school. I loved playing so well that I don't have time to read my book unless we were having exams and as such I don't do very well in my academics.

My parents often get mad at me whenever I go out to play. They always get angry whenever I come home with a poor result and so I decided to make them proud by steeper up my seriousness regarding my academics.

The exam period came and I began to read my books I went extra miles to make sure I surprised my parents and that was how I did my best and I came out second position in my class. Mum and Dad were surprised and that was the period I was gifted a brand new bicycle.

If there is one thing you would like to change from your childhood, what would you love to change?

Yes I do. The one thing that I noticed followed me down here from childhood is the fact that I love to play around. Sometimes my friends get serious regarding a conversation or situation but I often take it as jokes and that attitude of mine usually make them mad.

So I have to work on myself to be more serious and joke less. That may be the reason why I haven't found true love yet because I also joke around with my feelings, and that I know is totally bad.

So that is the aspect in which I would like to change although even if I can not eradicate it completely, I should be able to minimize the outcome of it.
