Hi @jisnu.ishan, that was a good luck that I just looked into the tag and found this drawing. I actually immediately recognised clown but first I thought that it might be a Joker, that is also very popular character that kids like to get face painted for Halloween.
I think if you were to live in Western country, you definitely would love Halloween, not only due to costumes and so but the kids have fun when they dress into scary costumes and go door to door, ring the bell and try to scare the people living there, of course adults know about that and always have some sweets. That is why after such a trip kids come home with a bag full of different sweets, it is a lot of fun I believe for both kids and adults, but more for families :)

Thank you very much for explaining how Halloween is celebrated in western countries. I also like to scare a lot. As a child, I could hide wherever , and scare my sister.and I really enjoy a lot seeing her scared face. 🤭🤭
