Application For The Community Curators For September 2024 | Equivalent Team.

To become a curator is one of the achievements. I am honored to submit this application on behalf of myself @stream4u and @liasteem as a "Equivalent Team" applying for Community Curators For September 2024.

Our Understanding about Curator.

Becoming a curator is not an easy task as we need to ensure that the active participants on Steemit should have got recognized fairly for their content creation contribution on the platform.

It is also necessary to recognize those participants who are actively contributing on the platform outside communities and contests. However, this can be challenging to find such participants and recognize them by considering their overall performance on the platform including reputation, withdrawal/transfer status and other stats.

Along with this, newcomers also need to consider motivating them on the platform by recognizing their joining and performing achievement tasks.

Comment is an essential factor in social sites like Steemit. Appreciating positive and valuable comments by recognizing them can increase engagement on the platform and good content gets highlighted.

In an attempt to achieve excellence in curating, myself @stream4u and @liasteem established the "Equivalent Team" to apply for the Community Curators program in September 2024. As we both are one of the active members on a Steemit since the last 3 to 4 years and well know about the platform, we believe we can do well in this new curator role. We feel this is the right time to show our interest in this new role.

@liasteem has actively participated in various activities such as content creations in multiple contests, diary game posts and she has always shown how interested she is in different topics. Not only this, but @liasteem also actively engaged in the comment section of others' contents to encourage creators by her innovative comments.

@liasteem joined Steemit in April 2021. Since then she has been actively writing and participating in various initiatives on Steemit such as courses, powerup programs, and also various contests so that she actively creates posts from various genres.

Then she entered the Steem Education community as a moderator which has now changed to Steem For Better Life. There, she has also created a "Mini Crypto Academy Program" for newcomers.

@liasteem also became a moderator at Steem Kids and Parent which she later resigned from due to some limited time and also because in the same year she took the initiative to build a women's community "Steem For Ladies" and focused herself to this new community.

Myself @stream4u, I joined Steemit in July 2020. I was involved in various communities and participated in their contest creation programs. I focused on quality content and actively participated in various contests, mostly Steemit organized contest creation programs.

Then I was involved in a daily diary game which later changed to Better Life with Steem. During this period I was also involved in guiding others, especially newcomers.

I got opportunity to join Steemit Crypto Academy when it was established meaning that I was one of the 1st who got chance to join Steemit Crypto Academy as a professor. I have delivered some great courses on Trading and Investment and contributed to creating a good trading community. I continued in the next seasons as well but later I decided to drop myself to give chance others.

Further, I tried hard to establish one good community but due to conflict with another one, I failed to achieve this. After that some time I was not active in regards to the content creation but was active in reading others content and curating them, guiding others.

How "Equivalent Team" Will Work In Community Curators For September 2024.

Myself @stream4u and @liasteem, we together will lead the "Equivalent Team" as curator. We equally put our efforts in regards to curating contents and valuable comments.

On a daily basis we will reach the users posts and comments. Ensure the post has basic requirements such as minimum 300 words, plagiarism free, AI/GTP free, No Vote buying, club status. Good content and good relevant comments will be curated.

It will be challenging to find active users outside communities and contests but we will try our best and find some workaround and curate those genuine accounts who contribute with good content outside communities and contests. Definitely, this will be done based on accounts' overall presence on the platform. Along with this, we will also cover content and comments from the contests, daily diary game/better life with Steem by ensuring basic checks.

We will publish our curation report post once a week in Steem POD community. This curation report post will set beneficiaries 37%/38% between @stream4u and @liasteem, and 25% to @null account.

Why "Equivalent Team" Chosen For Community Curators For September 2024.

As Myself @liasteem and @stream4u will be leading "Equivalent Team". We both live in different locations and are actively involved on Steemit, hence we are aware of the different places on Steemit. We feel we can cover most of the contents by curating from different places, content such as communities, contests and also outside of it.

Additionally by knowing our stats, it can be notice that with our individual available Steem Power we did curate different accounts and try to support everyone's contribution. Saying that we are aware that everyone's contribution on the Steemit platform should have been recognized at least those who are actively present, this will increase the engagement on the platform.

Also, as everyone knows curating to each one in a day is also not possible, but we surely try to tap on those genuine accounts and ensure they cover in the next curation round.
