Steem engagement challenge-S10/W2| I love to take the interview of Bill Gates

Success is one destination that everyone gets to depending on their metrics as individuals but at the same time, there is a standard that every other person set to rate successful people, and one of them is wealth. It is no doubt that Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk are successful, rich, influential, and powerful people in the world. They have worked hard, are smart, and are intelligent people.

Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Jeff Bezos- Whom would you like to choose for an interview and why(describe the reason for selection)?

Having an interview with any of the three of them would be a great honor. There is a lot to learn from them all but then, since the contest says that we should pick only one of them, then I would pick Bill Gates. I chose Bill Gates because he was the first of them all to build a company, he is the only person who hit billionaire status at a younger age, and he is the only one who has been able to hold real wealth with a very little percentage in his company where he is no longer actively in control, compared to others who have a large amount of their wealth in their current companies where they are still CEOs. Bill Gates is someone to study, and someone to emulate. He, his friend (Warren Buffet), and his best partner (Charlie Munger) is reading about and having an interview. Although no longer the richest man in the world, he would still stand as a billionaire if his stock price in Microsoft falls by 70%, I cannot say the same for Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. His charitable work is one thing that can be emulated. He is the true definition of "One man can change the world", he has been able to leave a mark in his life where we can say that he has impacted both individuals and communities.

Which three guarantee questions would you like to ask during the interview? Give reasons behind those questions.

If I were to ask Bill Gates three guarantee questions, they will be "Why did you save Apple From Bankruptcy?", "Does he spend time on his ranches?", and "Would he one day invest in Cryptocurrency?".

• Why did you save Apple From Bankruptcy? is one question that I will be willing to ask Bill. Seeing that Apple was a major competitor at the time, did he save Apple because he didn't want the company to go into extinction, or because he was trying to save itself? On the 6th of August 1997, Steve Jobs announced a partnership with Microsoft, where Microsoft bought Apple's non-voting shares for 150 million dollars just to support Apple, it also release Microsoft Office in the Mackintosh for 5 years for free, We know that Bill Gates's philanthropy now, but he wasn't doing philanthropy at that time, he was a complete businessman. So I would ask if saving Apple was to escape from anti-trust regulators or as a philanthropic act.

• Are his ranches for business or just properties? is another question I would ask. Bill loves purchasing properties, and ranches are one of them. He has numerous ranches, and he is the largest owner of a private farmland in the US which has a total size of 242,000 acres which are worth millions of dollars. So, I will like to know if the ranches are for business, or he just has them to his estate.

• Would he one day invest in Cryptocurrency seeing that Gates have never shown interest in cryptocurrency. He mentioned that Cryptocurrency is a based on Greater Fool theory. He has never supported cryptocurrency since its inception, so I will like to know if one day, he would inves in cryptocurrency and what would make him invest in cryptocurrency.

Which would be the one suggestion you would like to take from your selected person? Describe the reason, how that suggestion would assist you in your life

One thing I would take from Bill Gates is Continuous improvement of one's self. Bill gates has been known to always improve himself from when he was a child till his current age. He is always seeking to grow, seeking to improve, seeking to add value to himself so he can add more value to the world. Even as a drop out of Harvard University, he still didn't sop adding value to himself which helped him see solutions to problems. It is no doubt that one's greatest asset is oneself, and self improvement is the only way to grow. Provided I keep improving myself on a daily basis, then I am guaranteed that I would have a greater value placed on me, then when I am not continually improving on myself.
