Steem engagement challenge-S12/W5|"I want to change my three habits."

HELLO EVERYONE!

I'm good and i hope you are also well and good.Now,I am written this post.Today,I am feeling so good because i return in this platform after a long because i was busy in my exams and had managed my timetable.Now when i see this post then i realize the importance of this topic because before 1 month i also face all these things.I read some books of management which has proved very helpful for me to better my management skills.Thats why ,now,i will want to share my experience with you.Firstly i write dairy everyday and i write everything on it which i do whole day.In starting this is looking rubbish but after passage of time i realize that i do more things within same time and i managed whole things very organized way.


All at once i study two degrees thats why it's become difficult for me when both classes overlapping.My university is away from my home almost at 5 hours that's why, it takes a lot of time in my whole day and after that i feel tired and don't want to work that's why this post is very important for every working person who want to balance their work and family together.Because in many cases we ignore our family during work.
Now i see questions in this post and explain it in my way and experience.

If you get the opportunity to change your three habits, what are they? and why?

The first habit that i want to change more and i better that is my sleeping time.Because i have habit to sleep atleast 8 hours but sometimes when i sleep whole night and after that i feel tired and want to sleep more.This is very harmful for me and i become lazy day by day.Thats why i am very time consious and want to sleep early at night."It is not to say wrong if you want to wake up early in the morning then first you need to sleep earlier" .I read one book and where i read this and after that i act on it and this is also work and my routine is better.I sleep 9'o clock and wake up 2'o clock with freshment.
2-The second habit which i change i was very foody but when i realize i gain weight and my health was not good more then i changed my diet and use oats,corn flakes,milk,fruit,and some healthier things in my diet.When my craving is starting and i want to eat some spicey as fast food then i order barbeque or kbaab.
3- thing that i want to change my habit i will want to start gym again in future.

How those changing habits can influence your lifestyle and improve your relationships in the personal and professional field? Describe.

I has developed management skills and this help me in improving my social contact because i do a lot of things in a day.Later, i realize that i ignore my health and family during my work then i study about management skills and developed it by write everything on my diary and see what actually happens and how many time taken by one task and how i do more things within time.


In this way i want to share my task of few months in which clearly i do more things add or subtract in my routine.I realize that some time i mix relationship and profession that has made more complex.Now we need to separate both things in this way i manage my life and i believe that its workfull for every person.

Do you believe before indicating other mistakes;
we should work on our drawbacks? Justify your point.

I read somewhere if you not recognize your mistakes then people indicate your mistakes then everyone should to recognize what their strength and what their weakness.But sometime we actually not know and we faily again and again.At that time we need someone who actually better then you in this field where you fail and second most important thing he is sincerely with you and tell actually your mistake which become obstacle between you and your goal.But i think firstly you will be doing on your weakness and after that if you still not do much better then you need someone guider who help you.But honey, literally you not care about those people who not know you and talk about you.You should be ignored as backbiter people and work on your weakness only.

That's right, people absolutely start noticing the other's mistakes. Because it's easy, specially in sub continent area. This is the key to get rid of problems, that we must start controlling our bad habits too.

I will definitely appreciate the way you have done your time management and you have manage to do more work in same period of time by writing diary regularly. You seems young so I would like to advice you to consult a doctor regarding your over sleep. Sometimes there are Juvenal diabetics make people lethargic. Wish you all the best.
