"The weekly job I concluded being a Moderator"

Greetings erudite Steemians and members of this great community, it’s my honor to be back with my weekly report as a Moderator. There’s a famous adage that quote “To much is given, much is expected”. As a moderator in this reputable community, I have to deliver my duties. Walk with me as I break down the duties I performed this week.

Honestly, its not a new thing that the major duty of a moderator on Steemit is post verification within the community he or she work with. As a moderator in Incredible India Community, I have to perform my obligation of post verification. What I admire about this community’s administrative system is the discipline in the aspect of moderator. As usual, I’ll love to tabulate the days of moderation with the number of post verified each day.

Being a community moderator doesn’t means that you aren’t a member there. So, its important to behave as a roman in the Rome Empire. Currently, I have 2 active posts in the community. Despite this, I still feel ashamed of myself of this. But I am hoping to bounce back someday. The good news is that in 2 weeks from now, I’ll be going on a break from school to enjoy the festive season. I hope to maximize that opportunity.

As a community moderator, its my duty to make sure that the community growth is fully operational. Sometimes ago, Admin ma’am gave me a suggestion that I should publish a promotional comment to users in the newcomer community. I did it at first but couldn’t continue due to congested activities. I am glad to say that the proposed project will be fully operational. With this, I hope to reach out to different steemians both from my region and outide my region.

From this report, I have been able to touch different aspects like post verification, role as a community member and community promotion. As a student and also a Steemian, am trying to manage both aspects. I hope that I will gain full control over those areas of my life some day.
