Welcome to my blog. It is nice once again to write in the community. I will be responding to the word development in line with the development of my country. Let's get started with my entry.

Development in a country may be viewed from a multifaceted point of view. It is not only viewed from one perspective but rather from a collection of different areas that show positivity.

Firstly, development could be viewed from an economic growth point. This simply entails that the country's GDP and income/revenue are on the increase. This is a stimulus for development.

When we begin to see infrastructural growth or expansion in the country. This would be termed developmental strides. This could be information on road networks, airports, public utilities, and services.

When there is a coordinated use of economic growth to propagate advancement in our educational sectors, healthcare sectors, and other socio-cultural areas, it could also be termed development.

I could also remember my country celebrating years of unbroken democracy. This shows growth indeed. When we see gains we make politically where institutions are strengthened with the rule of law in place, we could term this development as well.

Our regional and international collaboration and cooperation can also be advanced.to mean development in foreign policy making. We can also view development from an improved living standard of the citizens as development where technological advancement is on the frontiers.

In summary, the term development in my country, Urbanization, Agricultural modernization, industrialization Tourism growth, and technological advancement can all be frontiers of development.

The necessary resources for development are simply those important key points we've mentioned above.

Human capital development can be said to be one of the key human resources for development. A view anyone would point towards given the growth from the educational sectors and politically exposed persons.

What can we do without good governance. and leadership? These duo are important in our everyday growth as a country. Many third-world or developing countries are faced with this menace.

Other resources for development include strong institutions and the rule of law. Greater economic growth and less corruption. We cannot forget improved healthcare delivery and technological advancement in all sectors of the economy.

My country has some or most of what takes or is needed to make any country developed but unfortunately, it has not attended a first world developmental strides.

The clog in the wheel of development in my country is centered on the following

• Bad Governance and Leadership Style
• Corruption

The political class has hijacked the whole system and made most of the institutions weaker in carrying out their functions. Most of the desired progress cannot easily see the height of the day due to personal and political interference.

So, I cannot keep mentioning the listed points or resources that drive development if these two mentioned vices are not well handled. I would want I would want to keep good governance and leadership as a pivotal driver of country development.
