Is there a myth or fact about what gets men succeed behind the women?
One of The Adage that there is Women behind every successful man has always been debated. For some it is the recognition that women help push men along in life and for others it seems to be an imprisoning stereotype. There is a woman, usually as mother but often wife and sister or sometimes mentor cheering him on, incentivizing him and maybe offering some strategic advice in some of these success stories. Except a man's reach for success is not, all by itself and thanks to women only. Hard work and trying is still a must to come successful, the partnership of both parties (men-women) around is just improved.
People need this balance in their Relationships
in a relationship, it is all about the balance. If one partner is particularly successful, the relationship can become off-balance and imbalanced in dynamics unless you have solid communication and equal respect for your needs. Sure, the key to balance is:
Be in Sync w/ Each Other — You are the relationship, not both are not requisite in it.
Appreciate Set functions – When in question, both men and women cannot do what each other can in their respective domains.
Honest relationship — Building healthy, healthy relationships (no lies!) eats all of the demands and expectations that each of us have for each other.
Equality in the Modern Era
Balance is crucial in every relationship. Imbalance; when one partner is too successful in comparison with another partner and the dynamics of the relationship, without good communication & mutual respect.
Just maintain balance —
Backing Each Other Up — The power of a couple is not only limited to one of them. If one partner is doing well, the other SHOULD have someone to cheer them on in their soapsuccess.
Recognize Different Roles- Both men and women have their different contribution but no way is more valuable than other.
Clear Communication – Through open channels of dialogue with respect to wants, desires and struggle will help to keep relationships healthy and happy.
Equality in the Contemporary
Presently, Equality is having a very relevant topic. Opportunity to appreciate & treat men and women equally at workplace , education or any other aspect in a situation called social life across nation.
Gender superiority or inferiority should never be deified.
Nevertheless, difficulties remain. Within the modernity of cultures and/or institutional frameworks some preserved women roles in a leadership while some men suffer from social pressure regarding the necessity to be a bread winning the primary one. When we can truly value competence in what someone does, not who they are (i.e. they are a woman or man).
As a matter of fact, success for successful is no gender monopoly. Men and women can be just as influential, and back each other up and mature.
