Should We Prioritize Pressure or Pleasure in Making Choices?

I argue that pleasure should be the main factor in making choices, but without ignoring the responsibilities and realities we face. If we always make decisions based on pressure, we may live our lives with constant anxiety and dissatisfaction. On the contrary, choosing based on pleasure can increase motivation, creativity, and mental well-being. However, it is also important to balance the two, because not all pleasurable choices will bring long-term benefits. For example, someone may choose a high-paying job despite being stressful, but if it makes them lose their happiness and health, then the decision can be a burden in their life.

Is Pressure a Significant Causative Factor of Mental Depression?

Yes, stress can be a big trigger for mental depression and when the stress is chronic it can be most effecting. Long-term work-related pressure; social pressures, family burden financial burden may cause chronic anxiety and hopelessness longitudinal feelings of emotional exhaustion.

If a person has poor coping mechanisms, this stress will become depression. Also people respond variably to the same stressor; they can manage quite alright some and others tend to fall prey to its ill effects.

Are You Successful Because You Enjoy The Activities?

I think that theMost of times happiness in doing good leads us to do well but people Deny this about themselves I agree. The more you like what you are doing, the more motivated and dedicated the person will be to do challenges with a good mind. An Artist for instance seems more likely to be creative and innovative due he/she loves his work because from there he/she could get more recognition, recognition and achievement For Sure.

Likewise in other areas–if you like to process, human beings will stick with it longer and automatically improve their skills.

But success is not a must need of enjoyment. Hard work, dedication and probably discipline help in increasing your results. So the blend of fun with accountability, is essentially where one finds success for life.
