Assalam o Alaikum. I am @abb-e-hayyat from @Pakistan. I am fine, but what about you? This engagement challenge is giving an enjoyment to me. And I hope you all are enjoying these challenges. I have come to steem Entrepreneurs community. Today I am writing comparison / difference in between some given things. I will try my best to write this post so that you can enjoy this.
The title of this challenge is : SEC - S15W5 :
WHICH-ONE-IS-BETTER?

Entrepreneur or Employee

Both the persons are totally different :-

1. Entrepreneur is a person who is responsible for all over the expenses of business. He is a business man who takes risk on his money. He is a man with the thinking of creating modernity in business.

Benefits/ Challenges of an entrepreneur:-

As an entrepreneur, a person has:-

• Freedom for making decisions.
• He can introduce new ideas or products.
• He can make schedules for his project.
• He is not responsible for obeying anyone.
  CHALLENGEs which an entrepreneur faces are:-
• Money of an entrepreneur always remains at risk.
• Entrepreneur faces the challenge of decision making at some crisis.
• Running a stable business is very difficult task.

1. Employee is a person who is responsible for obeying the orders of his employer. Employer hires him and assigns him some special tasks.

Benefits/ challenges of an employee:-

As an employee a person has :-

• As he works, he gets his salary after a month.
• Some employees contract with the organization and they have a secure place of their job.
• An employee enjoys health insurance and some other bonuses.
  CHALLENGEs of an employee:-
• He is responsible for obeying orders.
• He is not satisfied for his future due to limited opportunities.
• Sometimes an employee stressed if his work is not be rewarded.

Saving or Investing

Saving:-

I have not more much experience about these two things, because I have not much money to spend on these. These things are looking different to each other according to my research. But both have advantages at their own space.
I am inviting you to share your experiences about both of these.

Advantages of savings:-

• A person feels free and comfortable if he has savings.
• A saver has a future security about getting opportunity.
• Savings can be helpful in some crisis.
• Savings eliminate financial burden.
  In short, savings are very friendly and gives a satisfaction.

Investing:-

The way in which a person collects money for later use is called investing.

Advantages of Investing:-

• Investments provide an opportunity to start our own business.
• Investments enables us to make an ownership in a business.
• Spending Investments increases our money in return.
  Investment can be risky at sometimes. The investor is not sure about his useful outcomes.

Steemit or Hive

Steemit:-

Steemit is a social media Blockchain platform that allows users to create their posts. A new comer has to write his achievements for making a place in newcomer community. When user upload his post on Steemit, he rewarded as he gets vote from other users. This is a very good thing that encourages a user to become preserve.

As a social media user, I prfer to be a part of Steemit. Steemit is a very user friendly and cooperative platform. I am a New comer and I am enjoying this very much.
The uniqueness of steemit os that it makes a user creative & confident and tends him to use his own ideas.
The Steemit gives a manner of avoiding stealing contents.

Hive:-

Hive is platform which provides a way to express a users thoughts. Hive is a fork for Steemit. It provides a new way to communicate with other people.
