The old cloth business I mean is located in Rail Ghunti area of ​​Syedpur Upazila in Nilphamari District, there are thousands of traders. Those who deal in these old clothes, and there are many thousands of buyers who are poor and cannot afford to buy new clothes, buy clothes from these shops.

There are risks as well as profits in this business, but again the business runs high during the winter season. This business goes on despite the winter. These stores are mobile winter clothing stores.

These mobile shops are built around the railway line. People from far away villages come here to shop. It is more crowded at night. From the middle class to rickshaw pullers, van drivers, day laborers, this old cloth market is the favorite market of all.

I went to its old market today to do some shopping. I also work for a small salary. So maybe something is not always bought from the new market, winter clothes are very expensive in the new market. So I bought some from the old market.

We have severe winters here, because the Himalayas are next door. India's Himalayas can be seen from Panchagarh.
