What is your strategy for optimizing technology for your business development | The technological side of my business || By @b-naj

Greetings fellow entrepreneurs of the Steem Entrepreneurs Community, i hope everyone is doing well. I want to take this opportunity to appreciate @afrizalbinalka for this contest. Here is my entry, and i'd like to invite @mukadas, @bongk, @rockana, @moer, @tangwe-rene and @eddyt to participate.

According to the Oxford Dictionary,

Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry.

So, any equipment or appliance/machinery produced with the help of scientific knowledge is termed technology. Nowadays, we encounter technological appliances everywhere we go. It has become a great necessity in our daily activities, with the most used appliances being phones, transportation machines (like vehicles and planes), televisions, lightening systems, door locks, electric distributors, and so much more. It has become quite evidential that we can not go a day without using a technological device/invention.
Today, i shall be analyzing the technological aspects of my job, bringing out how these equipments contribute to the facilitation of the services we render as a delivery company within the city of Buea, Cameroon (what3words).

With respect to buying and selling of products, the major technological devices used for this purposes are the phones, laptops and/or mobile tablets. These facilitates communication between the buyers and the sellers. It is worth noting that as a delivery company, we rarely produce or consume the products we deliver. However, we get these products from buyers after communicating with them over the phone, we pay for these products using cash or mobile payment service, then we call the client upon delivery and he/she pays in cash or any mobile payment method (be it bank transaction or electronic payment).
As such, it is right to say that the different payment methods that have been created over the years have made transactions between buyers and sellers easier and swift. We deal with so many payment methods such as crypto payment methods, bank payment methods, cash payment method, and mobile network payment services.

For is aspect of the business, technology has greatly helped with the promotion process, reaching out to so many clients all over the city. We have a Facebook page where we promote the products of our partners and showcase our services. You can check out out Facebook page here, a visitation from you is a plus for us.

Flyers are also created often and distributed both in person and virtually via social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook. We make good use of the Status and story corners of these software inventions, and they contribute to the growth and expansion of the business.

Here, there is a motor bike and an oven bag. The motor bike is very necessary for deliveries within the city of Buea. Most locations of clients are not quite accessible by car, however with a bike, the delivery is swift.

The oven bags were ordered from China with customized logo, color and characters. It is essential for maintaining the temperature of whatever product being delivered, especially hot food or cold drinks.

Technology has greatly improved the services we render to our clients, both in quality and time.
