SEC - S15W5 : WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

Welcome to my blog. This is another time to share with us on the listed topics. Writing on those topics would be my concern, given the detailed meanings of all that is required. The given topics are quite related or have some form of concept likened to alike.

Employee or Entrepreneur

I have come to understand that employees are usually subjects and Entrepreneurs are the masters or the employers. One thing we must have at the back of our minds is that, as an employee, there is a limit to what you can do financially and as well during decision-making or taking.

Employees find it difficult to attain financial freedom, unlike their employer's counterparts who are wealth creators. As an employer, you continue to depend solely on the wages that come in monthly. This barely solves all the basic troubles one gets from existing. You remain at the mercy of your employer.

Entrepreneurs are not only wealth creators but employers of labor that ensure employees get their remuneration as agreed in the contract. They are more susceptible to making more wealth and creating more avenues for income generation while leveraging on the employees.

There is more propensity to make more money as an entrepreneur than as an employee.

Saving or investing

Let me share a little story about savings. I remember when my spouse told me about saving at this difficult time. The problem does not now depend on the ability to save but also on what becomes of the saved money after the ongoing devaluation and inflation that is bedeviling our country.

One million naira that was earned and saved in January 2023 and worth about 2000 USD is now worth about 600 USD. This is the irony of making cash savings. They are made to lose value over time due to inflationary causes.

However, investments made on the hand with cash savings are seen to appreciate over time as time and seasons go on. Investments in lands and the like never depreciate but are seen to appreciate over time.

Steemit or Hive

I have only used steemit and do not have a Hive account. I have only known what hive is from the URL I keep seeing on my steemit sites. However, my inquiries show that both are social media platforms found in the blockchain space.

I wouldn't know how Hives rewards its users but that of steemit is ideal for me so far while considering the user experience. I just noticed that I can't understand how to surf through the Hive. It seems steemit had a more user-friendly experience than the Hives.
