Dairy Game ( 12 april 2024 ) Eid party with cousins

assalamualaikum and Eid Mubarak to all my fellow Steemians . I wish you all a joyful eid from the core of my heart.

It was the second day of Eid and all the cousins had collected their Eidi (money given as a gift on Eid). We decided to have a party so we planned to go to the hills where we would camp and cook our own food. My cousin Owais and I went to the market on a bike where we bought 3 chickens yogurt and other spices along with tomatoes onions etc. We returned home and handed over the groceries to our elder cousin Hamza. He prepared the spice paste and everything else ready. We made a plan to leave at 4 pm so that everyone could get ready by then.

We carried our belongings and headed towards the hills. We pedaled for about 30 minutes and the hills were quite high making our breaths heavy as we climbed. Upon reaching we set up our camp arranged for seating and started preparing food by lighting a fire. Meanwhile, Owais brought rotis from the market on his bike. While we were busy preparing food the rest of the cousins were playing games on their mobile phones .

Hamza and I were cooking. Time passed and we took many pictures there. Then we performed the Asr prayer. By the time we finished prayin Hamza had finished cooking the food. We sat down to eat and the food was delicious. After dinner it was already dark and we could see the entire city from above which was a beautiful sight.

We performed the Maghrib prayer there picked up our belongings and headed back home. The journey back was filled with laughter and reminiscing about the wonderful time we had spent together. It was truly a memorable Eid celebration filled with love laughter and togetherness.
