Hi steemian family, i am doing good hope everyone is great.
I would like to say thank you to steem enterpreneurs community for organizing this beautiful contest. This engagement challenge perhaps useful for steemian family as it increase interaction with community members and users of all over the World, after engagement challenge i guessed steemit is more merged and stronger more than before.

How i spent time on steemit?

I joined steemit about one year ago, i joined it as part time earning social media. But now its my fullday working app. I spent most time on steemit either doing some activity or not. But working on steemit is my favourite hobby. I donot have friends but now steemit is my best friend. Whether i am posting my tech diary on siz or posting daily diary game on steemit, sharing food recipe on steemitfoods or sharing any knowledge on swc.
I remained busy on steemit. If i say i do first work on steemit, i checked notifications first then offer my prayer. Whatever i am doing taking photographs of those activities. Sometimes my husband annoyed what's wrong with you. All the time steemit and photos you have no time for me. If i say its true yeah its right i feel happy while working on steemit. I never exactly calculated the time duration i spend on steemit but i know most of the hours of time i used to work on steemit.
I am alone at home sometimes its hard to take photos of food recipes and daily activities then my husband helped me. He knew i am happy at steemit. In start i was working on siz but now i am working on steemit, steem women club, stmeemitfoods and steem culture oftenly. But now my prinncess is so little sometimes she annoyed and snatch cell phone from me i think she felt i mostly busy on cell phone in some activity.

My last week activities on Steemit

My last day was busy on steemit due to engagement challenges. As i mentioned before i start my day with alarm sound and before prayer its my habit i checked notification if there are comments i reply them and sometimes i upvote post at that time as i felt more fresh at that moment. After my prayer has to attending my princess and again busy in steemit; until i heard voice of my husband if you are free gave me breakfast. At that vouce i got up other wise i forgot that i am busy in steemit
I am in touch with steemit so much i forgot all other work really i love to spend time on steemit. There are many different social media whom i worked but now at top is steemit, its my full time business. When i am doing a task i take photos. If i cooked something in last week i take photos of the different steps. It make me much happy. After presentation and even during eating some favourite dishes i like to take phots.
Engagement challenges makes me much more busy, as i have to read different communities post, reply them, upvote also. Many are really intersting i did not know how much time i engaged on steemit.
Anyhow its my estimate for time spent in last week
8 hours per day= 56 hours
And in weekend as i am free so spent one to hours extra.
I guess i spent almost 58 hours on steemit in last week on steemit.

My Opinions About Steemit Engagement Challenge

• In my opinion steemit engagement challenges makes everyone super active. Everyone wanted to do posting to remain active. In order to increase engagement we not only comments on others post but also upvote them. Simlarly it awake many people which were active part of steemit.
• As there is good chance of Sc01 and Sc02 votes every user wanted to post quality contents as it increases the competetion among users. They wished to post better than before.
• It increases the interaction among international users, we explore posts of different communities read their valuble knowlede and information in helped to increaes my IQ level.
• Steemit challenge increaess Interaction among others community members hence fasten friendships level at steemit.
• I normally commented three to 4 in routine matter, but enfagement challenge makes me active now i do more comments if i like someone post either from any community. Similary they commented back on my post which makes me happy.
• Before engagement hardly there were only two to three comments of friends and family, posts remained empty nobody came on your post either its good or bad. But now, as its part of engagement challenge everyone tried to do comments.
• I think this engagement challenge should be continue and it should be rule before entry into any contest do 5 comments and 5 upvotes too, it would be increase more traffic on posts.

Suggestions

Here are few observations which i noted in engagement challenges.

• As every user do post in order to receive apprection or correction if needed, its our duty if we are reading post must give good feedback or correction or suggestions if needed.
• Donot make it personalize as in few xommunities whom i know they only support their friends and family and vote and support them anywhere. Its steemit in which every user is equal and he or she should treated equally. These are few things which i observed in my close communities which makes me hurt. If they can do comment or support them we should also be treated in similary.
• Onething which i donot like may be some atgue about it, if there is serious issue in posts and having post, try to tell user in personally, do it correct. Because i sometime feel bad when MOD mentions mistake on reply section it hurts the users.
  In my opinion this engagement challenges should be continues once or twice a week so that more people can do partcipate and interact with one another in a postive way.
