THE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY - DIARY GAME: BUYING FARM SPACE FOR WATER LEAF PLANTING 14/08/2023[

Greetings to you my Steemians, how are you doing today hope you are doing well,am always feeling better when am on steemit platfom to share and gain ideas that motivates me in terms of business idealogy and otherwise.
To day I like to share with my plan idea of buy a farm space for Water Leaf planting.

Normally I was so tired when I wake up this morning by 5: 10 AM,I do my morning devotion, there after go out for surrounding cleaning, washing of plates and otherwise, but I was feeling feverish,so I think if to go out for actives today or not. So I cooked warm water to take my bath, after I check out to where the plot of land were located that I requested for renting for my water leaf business at 9: 11AM,

I was waiting for the owner of the space for good 4 hours he didn't come around.
While waiting,. some one to told me that he normally come around in the afternoon, so I waited till that time.

In the afternoon by 12 PM ,I went to where I give my generator for repair,so when I reach there, unfortunately my generator was touched by the repair and I didn't see any person to confirm why the generator wasn't repair so I see it out side his shop.

I was not happy about the situation on ground because I have given him money 10, 000 Naira to repair the generator but he disappointed me which I felt bad.
While putting calls through to confirm his way about, a call enter my phone that the man that own the farm space has been around so I left immediately because it was my major plan for today, when I get there I saw the owner,he took me around and shows me boundaries of his farm and already there are water leafs on it and he wants to Sale it out,I ask how much is it,he told me 100,000.naira annually, I priced him 80,000 Naira which steem equivalent of 540 steems.
He said know but when pleading with him he accepted it and I paid him for 2 years, which is 160,000 Naira.
What makes me to pay the money is the farm is nig and is fence around in terms of security purposes.

And the farm also grow vegetable Leaf very well,so it really motivated me to pay the money in which two things will be cultivating on the land.

so after every arrangements,I left to my business center because a long time friend was waiting for me and she stays so long.

when reach my work place it was already 4 : 31 PM, so I meet with my friend she came to do online registration for her younger brother who Just have admission into the University of Utah Akwa Ibom State Nigeria,so after I bought the University Post UTME FORM and register the boy,I snap pictures with his sister who is my friend,

We were feeling excited for seeing each other again, thing if dead is like this ,so. the time was already 6 O'clock so she waited for me.so we went to where to board vehicle to our different destinations.

My Steemians,am so much excited when it comes to investment, agriculture is one of the major factor that drive the economy of my country Nigeria and the cost of living is high because of high level of consumption. So have water Leaf farm for business will generate income into my Treasury. So I encourage my fellow Steemians to invest in agriculture.
