Contest : "May Day, World Labor Day"

We are commemorating International Workers' Day today, May 1 2024. A day which is also often called May Day.. It is a day where we celebrate the contributions and achievements of workers and laborers in global economic and social development. In commemorating Labor Day, in many parts of the world this day is celebrated with demonstrations, rallies, long marches and speeches. Their aim is for the Government and Employers to take part in paying attention to the fate and welfare of Workers or Workers.

Through a competition that we call: Contest: "May Day, World Labor Day". We want to hear opinions, speeches or demonstrations from users of this platform. This session we focus on Labor Rights in the Digital Era

Contest objectives:

to be able to increase the awareness of steemians (especially those with entrepreneur status) about the challenges faced by workers in an increasingly digitally connected world of work. And can increase the awareness of steemians (especially those with entrepreneur status) in supporting fair and inclusive labor rights protection.

How do you do it ?

Participants can choose one of these two criteria.

1. Participants are expected to provide their views on the challenges and opportunities faced by workers or workers in the digital era. It covers issues of data privacy, work-life balance, and workers' rights in the gig economy.

2. Participants share photos that depict moments in the daily lives of workers in the digital era by showing situations in the workplace, telework, or the gig economy sector. Explain through reviews by describing the various realities of workers in the photos. (Original photo required)
