Steemit Engagement Challenge -S8W5 (14).jpg

Greetings friends of the Steem Entrepreneur Community,
This is my third participation in the second week of the engagement challenge.
But before, As the one involved in this contest topic. I, both as a person and as a Management Team for the Steem Entrepreneur community would like to thank everyone for this kind welcome. We are happy and can feel a great pride for that extraordinary welcome. We love you all.

In brief, I will reiterate the purpose of this environmental-themed contest. We titled it Learn to appreciate a drop of water

This contest is expected to be a campaign to increase awareness of steemit users and the world community, especially about efforts to prevent the global water crisis.

So that we all know.

What is the function of water in life?

We all realize that water is a very important mineral for the survival of all life on earth.

The dependence of all living things on water is something that is mandatory. Water guarantees the vitality of humans, animals and plants. For humans, apart from being used for various purposes in living life. Body health and hydration are also greatly influenced by drinking water, which is one of the most productive materials for producing Magnesium and Calcium, Sodium and Potassium, Zinc and Selenium as well as Silica. All of these are very beneficial for the human body.

But in essence. Water is what has made nature and life beautiful.

How do we describe the value of a drop of water?

The city where I live is a city that is very easy to get water. Both from wells, rivers and pipelines managed by the government. But the drops of water mean a lot to us. I educate my children to conserve water. Often I give advice to use water for something that is really needed.

In Islam, using something out of place is also a prohibition which is called redundant action. The ease of water is also a priceless Grace of God.
Not long before, we were also hit by a drought. Where people who rely only on wells as a water supply experience water difficulties. I see, How busy they are in solving this problem. Alhamdulillah I am one of the lucky ones. I also use water in my business as a side input. Crystal Ice is a necessity in various uses. I take advantage of the convenience of water and the little space I have in my freezer to make ice crystals.

How is the availability of clean water in your area?

As I said above. We have a stream that is very supportive of water availability. The government through PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA PASE also provides facilities to supply clean water to every house of the community.

Sometimes this is not a solution to say that water in our city can be used just like that without calculation. Not a few residents have to spend so much money for this one need. As a provider of service counters for paying water bills owned by the government. I once found residents who had to pay water bills of up to 636,000 IDR for a period of 1 month. This is a wasteful use in my opinion because I only pay water bills of no more than 100,000 IDR each month. 636.000 IDR is equivalent to 199.00 STEEM.

Hi @f2i5! The responsible use of water is the duty of every inhabitant of this wonderful planet. It is admirable to guide children from an early age about the importance and value of this substance, as you say:

...Water is what has beautified nature and life.

If humans understood that water is not only important for the maintenance of animal, plant, fungi, bacterial, and human life, but also goes beyond that, because through the hydrological cycle, water rises in the form of vapor to the troposphere and contributes to the planet's protective shield; that is, it complements the thin but powerful layer of greenhouse gases that filter out harmful UV-C rays that degrade the environment, are lethal to many animal species, and have carcinogenic effects on the human body.

Furthermore, if the hydrological cycle is interrupted, chaos of epic proportions would ensue, and we would be faced with another biblical flood. It is also important to note that the ocean floor contains the largest natural reserves of solid-state methane (methane hydrates), which are kept in balance thanks to the protection provided by greenhouse gases to the planet. However, scientists have been warning about sightings of burning torches on the ocean surface in various places.

This indicates that global warming is causing an imbalance in the methane hydrate molecules found at the bottom of the ocean, and this is extremely dangerous. This gas is 80 times more potent than carbon dioxide, and as it rises into the atmosphere, it is thickening the layer of greenhouse gases. This means that it disrupts the natural balance of the functioning of this protective shield and turns it into a jailer that does not allow surface water mirrors to radiate solar rays (energetic protons) in the form of heat that the Earth does not need. Therefore, a planet's overheating is generated because the excess solar heat or energy cannot penetrate the thick layer of greenhouse gases.

It is a real challenge for humanity, and this spectacular environmental and ecological puzzle must be solved before fundamental biogeochemical cycle processes continue to destroy the planet.

I got carried away, and I think I extended myself too much; in any case, I hadn't enjoyed such a nutritious and interesting content in days as the one you have produced.

Thank you for your kind receptivity and gratitude shown in the introduction to the topic. I enjoyed this reading very much. Best regards.

This challange should rejuvenate our commitment to save the water and protect the environment. Water is indeed the material and matrix of life and without it life isn't possible.

Good to see u managing time for partaking NG in this interesting task besides manager NG other affairs. Nicely written!

But the drops of water mean a lot to us. I educate my children to conserve water. Often I give advice to use water for something that is really needed.

Great! , yes we should educate our children to preserve the nature and water which is essential to save our planet long lasting

After your listing of the benefits of water, I expected that you would talk more about our negligence as individuals to drink water, and that although water is available to everyone, there are people who neglect this aspect very much, which is reflected in their health in many aspects, as we are supposed to drink 2-3 liters per day.

As for the problem of water availability, I see it now better than before, at least in my country, after awareness campaigns that lasted for years, but the real problem, in my opinion, is the wasteful use of water. We need to control this point and our behavior in water use in anticipation of any shortage in this vital resource.
