THE WORLD IN 2030 #3 : Having a place of business in a more strategic location and having a beautiful home for my beloved family's residence. #club100

Previously I started by introducing my family to everyone on the platform. I am someone who has started to build my beautiful family since 2000.
Now I have two daughters and one son. My first daughter has entered the faculty. The second daughter is studying at a secondary school. While my son is my youngest child who is only five years old. Hopefully the new school year will enter Kindergarten.

Of course, all heads of families have aspirations to always make their families happy. Including myself.
I am an owner of a traditional retail business in the form of a shop that sells all household needs. My assets cannot be said to be many, but they are sufficient to finance the daily needs of my small family.
The business that I am running now is a legacy business from my dear parents. I had started in the business when I was still unmarried. Initially, my shop business ran smoothly and without any problems. And so far it looks safe and smooth. However, over time. Of course the development of the times and technology, Obstacles in competing are increasingly felt and may be even more difficult. The development of competitors is increasingly visible. My business location is approximately 2 Kilometers from a developed city. The easier means of transportation and means of communication, making it easier for people around me to reach the city. This is an obstacle that makes me have to think and do something.

The only thing I plan to do in the following years is how I should be able to have a place of business located in a strategic area. Next, I will work harder at my place of business and will continue with my second goal of achieving.

Because my kids are getting bigger. Of course I really crave a beautiful house as a place to live for my little family. Actually, I already had this intention to be realized in 2022. But the obstacle came with a very scary plague. The pandemic has hampered all my plans. The economic damage of the community also has an impact on my business. All my account balances are drained to maintain my shop business.

The only economic booster for the community around me is through rice farming. Another disaster hit everyone around me. The collapse of the "Krueng Pase Irrigation" dam made everyone scream in pain. This also has a very negative impact on my plans to have a beautiful house in 2022. It's been two years since this condition hit. Approximately four times the rice harvest season has failed. In fact, every harvest season, I can increase a turnover of approximately 30 million to 50 million by accommodating the grain from the rice harvest for me to resell to the rice mills of my acquaintances in Aceh and even to the city of Medan, North Sumatra.

Hopefully this will be resolved quickly so that in 2030 my dream of having a beautiful house for my small family residence will come true.

I also hope, Through working on this platform that I am proud of. Will support my dream. So I wouldn't hesitate to be at #club100 for such a very long term investment.
