Good day steemians,it is very important for each business man or woman to review his or her business in other to know wheather if their seems to be profit or progress,that is why am ecstatic to participate in this steemit engagement challenge by @steementreprenuer.i will like to give my own review based on my uncles fish pound,which he recently started not more than two months,and am handling the pound for him untill the business get upgraded.before i discuss more on my uncles fish pound,I will like to throw more enlightenment on what is business,what is a business review,and why i it important to review your business.

What is business?

"A business is defined as an organization or an enterprise entity engaged in commercial, industrial,or professional activities.

What is a business review

"A business review is a scrutiny of ones business in order to know the profit or loss in ones enterprise.

why is it important to review your business

"It is of very high essentiality to scrutinize your business to know if you are making profit or loss,it is quite clear that 99% of business owners target is to make profits from their business.and a steady review helps one keep in check and in track for his or her business target.

So am ecstatic to be sharing my review of my uncles pound,which am currently taking care of.

About the business

This business has been in his mind for such a long time,but due to funding and other things made it seems hard for him to be able to put it in reality as of last year when it was supposed to start.fishry is not a simple business as some may think it is,it took him six months of schooling on how to care and manage his fish,on what type of fish to rear and how to maintain the good health of the fish .the kind of specie of fish he rears is cat fish.this pound came into full reality on Feb 7th 2022.although the pound has no name for now,but we call it Henry's pound.gotten from his name Henry.although for the main time i am the new aquarist, handling the business for the main time,i acquired some education on how to care for the fish,the when am supposed to clean the pound and a whole lot.

about the aquarist

The name of the owner of the the fish farm is Henry nwatamery upodia,he hails from rivers state,undoky to be precise,but stays at oyigbo rivers state.he is not into social media and modern technology,he is single and aged around 40,he is a Christian and also a good man.but for now as the new aquarist,my name is anayo victor chinedu,am from imo state,and am a @steemit user.

How the business operate

I will like to share the method how the fishes is being taking care of,they feed four to five times a day depending on the quantity of feed given them.

The kind of feed given to a week old fish and a month is very different,and you can also feed them earthworms,how you take care and feed you fish is what decide their increase

location of the business

It is located at oyigbo rivers State to be precise and at a small place called @izuoma,at No 40 convenant estate izuoma ass.is quite a locally based small business,and the location is not in an open environment.it is located at his backyard close to his farm.

How Henry's fish farm operate

The business is still an upcoming one and doesn't have much publicity yet,so if any one want to purchase,they will have to come to his fish farm.

The sale or price of fish is depending on its weight and size.while some are just at a fixed price, 2 steems,we only say matured ones.fishes Don't come cheap due to the rate of how the feeds cost and money and time and when not properly taken care of they die in quantity.but for this stage highest fish in the farm is worth 4 steems

In fish farming the number of equipment is tank and the rate of water supply you have.
