Contest: Wedding Season Reflections

Good day everyone, it's my pleasure to participate in this community contest organized by @hamzayousafzai, I appreciate your good work to make this contest for general steemians.

In this contest, am going to share my experience during a wedding ceremony which I attended this year.

I heard about the wedding a month before the fix date for the wedding to take place. In that case I had to prepare and arrange myself towards to season to come.

The reason for my preparation was because the wedding was my boss lady's wedding. I had to prepare in order to suprise her that blessed day.

According to our tradition, we had to also attend traditional marriage, before the wedding ceremony to take place.

I couldn't meet up to attend the traditional marriage, but I attended the wedding ceremony.

The wedding happened in another state, far away from my address of living. But because of the joy and happiness of this wedding, I had to travel over to the wedding venue which took me about N14,000 Nigerian currency which is about 50steems.

It was looking as if it will be impossible for me to attend the wedding because of the to much expenses I'm going to spend.

And it was during school time, I had a class that took place a day before the wedding ceremony, and I'm supposed to have traveled before the day of the wedding.

The class ended around 5:30pm Nigerian time, which is evening already, and to travel to the long distance is going to take me so much time before arriving to the venue of the wedding.

Even as it seems impossible, God made it possible for me to attend the wedding.

It was really a nice one, the was so much celebration, we had to finish up the wedding in the church after join the couple together.

We moved to the reception venue which many things happened, dancing, activities took place.

There was so much food, this has made so many people to attend wedding uninvitedly, I saw people who I never expected to see.

There was so much snapping of pictures all over for future memories.

The exciting thing was that the wedding was successful, even rain didn't fall to make the environment wet.

The weather was friendly from the morning time to the evening time. After the wedding, everyone departed to their various houses.

I had to stay again for extra one day before traveling back to my residing address because it was late for me to travel back.

I was so excited for save journey from the far destination back home and how the wedding went successfully.
