I trust you are having fun! mine is super, please do not relent effort in taking a very good care of yourself, particular your health especially in this pandemic. Make sure that you're eating healthy because this will strengthen your immunity. I personally love buying my food fresh from the local market than buying canned foods from the supermarket you know the preservatives in canned foods is not good for our well-being, so today I will share with you how I spent my yesterday purchasing fresh food stuffs from our local market.

I bought things I will used to prepare stew and soup. I came back home after buying everything and I estimated everything I bought it was 25,000 NGN which is equivalent to 85steems at the current price of steem.

EVENING:

I prepared the fisherman soup in the evening, I use the fresh fish I bought to prepare the soap I add okra, periwinkle, crayfish, and hot leaves to the soup, I grow the hot leaves myself and it gives the soup a very special taste and flavour and the soup was super delicious!
