So first of all let me describe the BRT of Peshawar. Then we will go into detail.

BRT PESHAWAR:

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Business) was founded in accordance with Section 42 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government-owned public company, Companies Act, 2017. The Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan officially recognized and registered TransPeshawar on February 9, 2017. A Chairman-led Board of Directors (BODs) oversees the management of TransPeshawar.Projects designated by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority are to be implemented, run, managed, and maintained by TransPeshawar (KPUMA).

projects are assigned to TransPeshawar by KPUMA

• Operation and conservation of Peshawar BRT along with procurement of motorcars, procurement of system control
• goods, and perpetuation of the Bus Industry Restructuring Program.
• Operation and conservation of Women Bus Project in Mardan.
• Operation and conservation of Women Bus Project in Abbottabad.

Vision:

To give exceptional and stylish possible transport services to the citizens of Peshawar and KPK.

Mission:

Give a safe, accessible, provident, dependable, time-effective, and nippy public transport system for Peshawar.

The key metrics are:

1) Commitment to service:

At all times we commit ourselves to delivering our Vision and adherence to our values. However, we let our fellow platoon members know so that applicable measures can be taken to address the matter If we observe an arising event that will or may have a negative impact on our performance or on that of the passengers.

2) Accountability:

let us all admit our responsibility to help in achieving our Vision. Each has a part to play and for this, we're responsible for our conduct or actions. thus, be visionary and seek to deliver excellence in everything we do.

3) Law abiding:

we all misbehave with the original and public laws and regulations both in spirit and to the letter. In this respect, we conduct our business with honesty and integrity.

4)Leadership:

we have the occasion to give leadership in managing the first third-generation BRT system in West Asia. Let us not waste this occasion. For the company, platoon leaders will be inclusive and as per our values so that all are encouraged to exceed in their specific areas of responsibility.

5) Understanding:

we will strive to completely understand the rearmost stylish practice norms of civic mobility planning, perpetration, operations, monitoring, and conservation. For this, we shall convene regular platoon training sessions where rearmost trends and inventions participate so that where applicable, similar inventions can be applied to our operations.

6) Trust :

we as professionals bear trust and must offer it in return. It's a two-way road. For this, honesty is the underpinning principle we will follow in order to maintain this trust. However, or aren't suitable to find an answer to a problem or an issue, admit it and be in agreement with our Company values, If we aren't apprehensive of an issue.

7) Empathy and Tolerance:

for numerous of us, a financially sustainable third-generation BRT system is a new experience. So, let us all honor this and display the degree of empathy and forbearance demanded during the original period of Company establishment and BRT operations so that we're all suitable to work with the necessary commitment, be innovative, and be results acquainted.

Fire Extinguisher:

For any kind of fire emergency, it has more than one fire extinguisher on Every BRT bases. they are very careful about the people's protection.

Station:

There are more than 130 stations in Peshawar in every station there are proper Waiting Chairs.

Elevator Stears lift:

In every station, there are Elevator Stears and lifts for Disable people.

Special seats:

In every BRT Bas, there are special Seats for Disable people.

Ticket machine:

At every Station, there are ticket machines where people can research their traveling Card

Security:

The Security of BRT is very good mostly in every bass one Security guard will be on duty.

Security Gate:

At every station, there are Security Checkpoints. where they can pass on these Gates.

Daily Transportation Expenses:

The BRT is very Chef Transport in Peshawar every medal and lower class people can effort the expenses of BRT. it's very convenient nowadays when the petrol price increases in Pakistan so high-class people are also using BRT for saving their time and money also. Before starting, BRT people are using CAR for Transport. But the car Creates too much voice and air pollution and the expanse of Cars is also Tripple. I am comparing the expenses of BRT and the car.

Air pollution:
BRT Bus are very Ecofriendly. Because it is the electronic buses so the pollution level is almost very low.
