Business minds fueled with Consistency

Starting up a business has always been tough for some people, but the consistency is what a business needs. To start up a good business there are measures you should keep in place which will tell you how well you will succeed in the business or if it is worth going into.

We've had many people with multiple business journey and they would share their journey story, you will discover that it was never easy at the beginning but with hard work, consistency and the innovations and upgrade they were able to move out an stand out. Business is a game of consistency and hard work.

There are many example of top richest people that started their business from the scratch. We know of Elon musk, one of the richest man in the world, he was always trying, trying to set up a business but it failed, he never gave up because he had that positive mindset and here he is today, he owns lots of top companies like Twitter, Tesla and more. What if he gave up, he wouldn't have achieved all these, so the lesson now is that we should be hardworking and consistent.

Studying closely to how great men succeed is from their hard work and consistency. Many never started big, but from scratch they grew to the place they're today.

In my city, there are many businesses that started very small from scratch and no one noticed them, we would see Nsik, an Akwa ibom man, which is now popular for his business brand, Nsik. This business holds the Nsik motors and the Nsik engineering company which came from nothing to something, no one would have believed that he will achieve such height.

An entrepreneurial journey I would love to talk about is that of a young man in my city. Here in Nigeria we love to watch football a lot and the fan base of top football club is so massive here. The hunger to watch football occurs to many people here, if you want to enjoy football simply go out to a viewing center and relax because you will feel the vibes out there, it is quite different from the joy we get when watching at home alone.

When I was little, about 14 years of age, this man had a little football viewing center where many people from many streets do come to watch football, it was always a thing of joy to warch football with the mass, because they come with different support and trolls.

His center was always small with less TV's which means that any day that two great football matches clashes, they will watch one the first half and the other in the second, which made people unsatisfied with their view. He came up with a steady plan, which he didn't give up on his business but he grew it, he bought a plot of land and built large building for a football viewing center, in different sections. It has a total capacity of about 200caps, not only that, he also made an eatery joint, selling drinks, food and chicken for viewers. His maximized his vision to making it a food joint too, so ihis business is not limited to only when there's a football match.

The qualities he used to achieve this goal was

He made a steady and simple change, by just seeing his business in a grand manner, he saw it beyond the 50 people that watch, but he saw hundreds of people so he brought about something new, by establishing his own building, which means he won't have to allocate any money for rent and also fuel for generator because he installed a solar panel, which means a 24hrs supply of light for him. He has 10 tv set, which means any football match groups of people would love to watch as they pay their money, he will set it for them in different sections.

He doesn't charge much, but nearly half a steem, at current price, if you would calculate 200 people plus you will know that it will be massive. There can be upto 3 to 5 matches a day, look at that earning. In a week he can make past 300 thousand naira. He knew that the viewers will and might be tasty for food, drink and water and they won't be able to leave a lovely match to get something outside to drink or eat so he introduced the foods and drink, it's a multiple win for him.

He saw the lapses in his business and he carefully studied it. The main problem was the capacity of his viewing center, it wasn't able to occupy lot of people and the next was inadequate TV's to stream more matches at once. The problem of light was also an issue for him.

  He transformed his small viewing center with less capacity to a large one which can occupy large number of people.

  Bringing on many TV's made football fans enjoy watching games, because surely they will watch any.

  The introduction of solar panel to the center brought a big win for him, because he doesn't have to worry out fuel cost or electricity bills anymore, the viewers will now watch their matches without any interruptions from light, or low fuel.
